Harsh, Some books mentioned it in primary gout some mention it in secondary gout. As such primary problem is G6PD Deficiency and its not directly involved in biosynthesis of Purine nucleotides. And due to deficiency of it there is occurrence of gout Dts why in video its mentioned it in secondary gout.
Write as per the book which you are following. Both things are correct. You won't get any deduction of marks if you write in primary or secondary heading. Hope it helps 😊
There are multiple reasons for increased uric acid level. Still you can do simple CBC, G6PD TEST, Creatinine, Urine Routine Micro and Urine uric acid levels.
