ibuprofen helps me a lot, but most of time, i dont use any NSAIDS and let the inflammation process to eat the crystals... it's painful but then it becomes numb & i start to walk again.
avoid mixing sugar drinks with alcohol, i think this is why i have GOUT. need to see doctor to see if i have kidney disease or liver problems. i hope not.
