As of 20 June 2024 it seems to have been patched with the update that came out on that day so DONT update your game and do the glitch first. (Depending when you're seeing this)

They probably saw it in an editor or something and asked: can I fall here and not die? Then they probably tried it and saw what it could do

I got it first try. Once you first log out to the main menu and you get back in, you need to look closely towards the screen to confirm Mohg has spawned in before the fog comes down.
May 27th, 2024 this cheese still works!
I started a new character on PS5 coming from Xbox SS, I'm only level 35 and my Uchigatana is only level 1. Took me 3 tries but it defiantly still works.
(if you're here early game don't worry about upgrading your sword at all this cheese will still work)

Just did this on June 11, 2024 on ps5, still work and is super easy, just listen closely to everything he days to do and do it exactly as he days, awesome cheese!!!
Just tested on 3/7/2024. Works great. Good tutorial my guy.
Note: When you do the free fall on torrent make sure you double jump or you'll die and you'll have to go back and spawn mohg in again
I just did the glitch and didn't work. I got the runes but not his rememberance.
@@ChessKingNZ keep swinging I too got around 125k for killing who knows what, that’s how you can farm runes there. For Mogh you need to wait a little longer after those runes.
Literally saved me from hours of headaches with this one now I'm prepared for dlc
Thanks for the tips, 100% working. Very important to note:
"Don't use grace point after entering in Mogh chamber" - it'll restart him
"Do the double jump, if you don't you'll die, and the glitch will fail"
"Use a swing weapon, otherwise no hit will be done to Mohg"
"The screen may blink when you fall, if it does, keep swinging"
Just did this, still working as of 17/06/2024. One tip though, on the jump at 1:55 or so, don't sprint, sprint-jumping will commonly make you overshoot, fall, and die. A normal moving jump is comfortably enough to reach the second ledge.

As of a few minutes ago (20 June 2024), I was able to complete the glitch, but I had connectivity issues and did this offline. Wonder if this will work post patch offline.

Yoo i got 70000 runes and then i got back to a waypoint and i saw he is still alive

Also, if you just use your fists, it will still work. I had a weapon in my inventory, but I wanted to try and see if all you had to do was just swing while falling. I was correct, and still got a hefty sum of runes!

Didn't believe it at first but it worked!!
Mogh won’t die for me
600k runes from 2 minutes. The runes multiply so the number it says you get while falling will be way more when it hits your inventory.
May 27 2024 i killed something else but not Mohg. Got 140k runes and weapon art 😮

@@pawem6013 I ended up going back after leveling up more and defeated him the normal way! Didn’t take long at all. Black Knife Tiche +8 and comet azure + blood loss weapon
@@pawem6013 you jumped too far away from his arena so try jumping to the right or backwards into the void

I'm not sure if it's angle of fall or what BUT on my last hole dive to farm, I got it to trigger the death of the scarab guarding Blood Tax!
I'm tempted to see if this can be used to off the White Mask invaders.

Is the old glitch fixed? The one where you use Elden lord's weapon's art and if you just just past that and climb like a pillar and use torrent and keep pressing r1?
I don't believe it's patched but I haven't tried that one. However most glitches in this game have been there for well over a year now and haven't been patched yet so there's a chance it still works

Just did this. You NEED to make him spawn(quit to menu after) and then NOT die while falling off the cliffs, all in one go.

If you die doing the jump do you have to do the whole thing over again or can you just attempt the jumps again
You have to do the whole thing again because once you die it resets the whole area meaning the boss despawns and only spawns once you enter the boss room again

I'm not sure if you have to go back into Mohg's arena and quit out if you mess up but I did anyways and it worked the second try. Had to make sure to double jump before you start free falling
Yeah if you fail and die you need to go back to mohgs arena to spawn him in again
