@@tbhby4toraa You need to go to the church of vows in Liurnia and interact with the statue with a celestial dew. You must've hit him or rolled into him by accident
an extremely important tip, when ur doing the dragon when u kill it watch for the tail twitch and immediately get on ur horse and go to the grace and sit, this will respawn him so u can farm him till endgame. he is the best rune farm 100%

This guide single handedly made me play Elden ring….and I can’t stop. For someone that’s never played a game like this before getting this build early allows you to enjoy the game without struggling quite as much as you might do normally
This is a really solid guide. For anyone willing to spend just a little more time, there are a few relatively easy things you can do to take this guide up a notch. 1. You can get a Flail from one of the carriages at Gatefront; this will be useful later. 2. Go to Weeping Peninsula for more Golden Seeds and Sacred Tears, as well as the Poison Mist spell near Castle Morne; this will also be useful later. 3. Once you get to Caelid, instead of going right at the end of the bridge where Flying Dragon Greyll resides, go left for another graveyard with higher level golden runes; follow the spirit spring down and then back into the tower to get a Memory Stone, and abuse the Iron Ball rune farm on the hill going down from the tower; you can use these runes to meet the stat requirements for the Flail, Poison Mist, Bloodflame Blade, and even the Bloodhound Fang. 4. Once you're set up with a Sacred Seal, Poison Mist, Bloodflame Blade, and the Flail, you can farm the elder dragon Greyoll for runes. Poison her with one cast of Poison Mist, coat the Flail in Bloodflame, and then use the default AoW on the Flail to get the fastest hemorrhage procs I've discovered. Once you get the dragon past half health, drink a Cerulean Flask, reapply Bloodflame Blade, and go back to using the AoW. When you get her down to one final chunk of health, get back on Torrent, finish off the dragon, then ride back to the grace and rest. You'll get the runes, Greyoll will still be there, and you can repeat this loop indefinitely. If you can craft Gold-Pickled Fowl Feet, or you're brave enough to tackle one of the caves in Caelid (can't remember the name at the moment) to get the Gold Scarab talisman, you can increase your rune gains significantly. I wish I had the equipment to record my own guides, but since I don't, I figured this would suffice; I hope it helps!
Good advice but like 2 or 3 times already I haven’t been able to make it to grace in time and all that just went to waste, my last time I went straight from spawn straight to this and didn’t make it yet again and just gave up

I beat margit and godrick without this build and i had the worst weapons and armor, now with this starting build i can easily kill most strong enemies by myself, only needed blaidd for darwill

I just started Elden Ring two days ago (never done any Dark Souls game before) and already looked for beginner guide on TH-cam. Thanks to your great guide, I could take a quick look at the endless content of this game (hidden quest, crafting, weapon upgrade, incantation, exploration and so on...). I wanted to take my revenge on the Sentinel tree guard, and it was... too easy haha It didn't feel right as I want to understand the core mechanics of a duel. I'll create a new character and enjoy the game thanks to you, good sire.
An amazing guide! Not gonna lie, it did take me more than an hour to complete it but thats b/c this is my first time playing and I kept dying in some of the places. Also to help follow along, I put the playback speed to .25 on the video since the video itself is sped up. This helped a lot and avoided constantly having to go back. Thank you for all your effort!
I personally didn't relate because on my first playthrough when I was lvl 1 and with an unupgraded weapon I killed that dragon completely naked without even taking any dmg. No cheese, no bug, no exploit, just pure go in and fight like a man strat... It took my whole day and probably dying over at least 30 times to memorize the boss' attack patterns tho. People who have free time should play this game the way I did on my first playthrough. They have no excuse. Be a fcking man. But people who have a job and do not have that much free time can do whatever the fck they want. Oh btw, if I remember correctly, that "scary" dragon yielded me 80K runes. So instead of CHEESING a sleeping dragon for 100k, I fought like a man for 80K. That 80K made my early game as easy as cake. So, to people who have free time, I rly recommend to; you know the words; GET GOOD.

6:10 you can activate that grace on the bridge and farm the little creatures at early game (the one equipped with halberd hacksaw) for runes. They're not tanky and easy to deal with. I think they dropped 1k souls each. Though you have to be careful because the can 1 shot you if you're a low level. That's my farming spot at early game.
You’d be better off using the ball near Lenna’s Rise since it gives you 1900 for no effort at all. And then once you defeat Godrick, you can talk to Varre to get into Moghwyn Palace to farm the bird by the ledge. The militia men aren’t worth it early game.

I just finished my tutorial and saw this. I just tried and passed the scary dragon to the castle. I think that’s enough for the first hour for me. I hope to continue tomorrow. It’s barely your 7 minutes and my hands are sweating. I didn’t realise you were passing so many scary stuff that could kill me. It took me a while to make the horse disappear and I was promptly killed right after going to that white/whetstone thing. The next time I got it,luckily didn’t got killed again.

Hey im stuck on 17:30 on the 100k rune part. For some reason my character isnt able to kill the dragon and doing way less damage? Anyone have an idea why?
this is just a guide from nothing to low game. After that come low-low/mid game, the mid-mid/high game and then comes highend content but even with guides you get fuckt a lot you need this guide more to get a way to start and how this game works lesrning bye doing try your own guides with you own uniq items and weapons.

I just finished my tutorial and saw this. I just tried and passed the scary dragon to the castle. I think that’s enough for the first hour for me. I hope to continue tomorrow. It’s barely your 7 minutes and my hands are sweating. I didn’t realise you were passing so many scary stuff that could kill me. It took me a while to make the horse disappear and I was promptly killed right after going to that white/whetstone thing. The next time I got it,luckily didn’t got killed again.

@@loadingdeath You need to run by the one spot that you hear an audible howl by some ruins, it's twice in the video. I'm sure you watched it and saw it again.

You should make a video doing a continuation of this build for mid-late game
this is just a guide from nothing to low game. After that come low-low/mid game, the mid-mid/high game and then comes highend content but even with guides you get fuckt a lot you need this guide more to get a way to start and how this game works lesrning bye doing try your own guides with you own uniq items and weapons.

Yea me too bud I'm 15 hrs in & just about 2 give up b4 finding this video I was killing soldiers over & over near the 1st church & leveling up my Samari till its not worth it anymore as it's like 5,000 runes per level lol. Anyways Goodluck!

@@jeckek9936 he only put into faith & arcane for the reqs of finger seal. you want to stat into vigor, strength, dex mainly.

Perfect guide, I did this and stowed the sword. Now I am playing the game on my own but if any part is really giving me grief or I want to demolish an area I pull out this bad boy
Ya that's how I plan to do it. I just started with a Warrior and am actually really enjoying dual wielding so I want to focus on that, but it'll be nice to have this as backup.

Very good guide, but you can also add to this flame grant strength from cailed and golden vow for buffs

As a side note... you can literary do this video with ANY class. Just may need to add a few levels here and there and go make a stop at the deathtouch catacombs in limgrave to get the katana.
