Important things to remember about this level:
Firing one bullet from an unsuppressed weapon will not alert guards in other parts of the building, do this when taking out guards and cameras.
At 7:27 the guard here has a red clipboard which you need for part of the objectives, if you can lure just him out and kill him without alerting the other guards, you can effectively skip this entire room, but if the other guards do hear you (like they heard me) you must go into the room and kill all the guards or else they'll keep spawning infinitely.
