You don't really need to hold W since you gain momentum from initial skate and blinks afterwards.
Timings are a little bit stricter than on shatterskate, you have to practice a bit

Whenever you have active super for whatever reason ascension doesn't consume your class ability

I don't have a macro for that, and I doubt you need one. The hardest part is to get your eager + gg timings right (feels similar to bubble skating). After that you just repeat blink into ascension and use ascension twice in a row when there is blink cooldown
