It's true, once i was alone on the micro (bus) and a woman sat next to me and suddenly asked me if i know about cellphones because she had this problem. At first i was insecure but after seeing her so lost i help, short story, i basically erase many apps and archives and handed her phone, she told me that her kids on their 20's haven't helped her ever. I felt bad but at the same time i was happy for helping :)
I have lived in the USA for over 30 years. I congratulate you for having lived in the best city in Chile, my beautiful Rancagua. Take care.
