i started those as I got a hips kind of injury which was hurting durin starddle. Actually it is nice exercice but dont beleive this guy ... get into tck planche will take you long time. Just be patient and desciplined
Thats common and could be a few things, normally its body position and entry technique. So the body is not in as much of tight ball position and the push is not up and forwards in the sweet spot. Its easier to find this position on P Bars

Tuck planche is the most beginner exercise ever.
Essential for calisthenics movements
Not at all think about it go down slow and deep pause and explode the concentric if thats easy use weight vest
But very good to build delt muscle
