    This makes it easy. Just looking and reading your board,(which by the way is very neat, and organized), helped me a lot.

    Professor RobBob ,thank you for discussing the great relationship between Perimeter and Area of similar Geometrical objects. This is a fantastic topic in Plane Geometry.

    This video is very useful and helped a lot. Just wondering if you had any suggestions of where to find some practice word problems with this lesson? Also in the future it would be super helpful if you included more word problem examples, if possible. Thanks :)

      I do not have any resources for practice problems...if you find a good place please share with me, because students frequently ask me this Riley Donnellan
      I have been trying to add more word problem examples in my newer videos...thanks for the suggestions and for watching and subbing!

    Try Perimeter of a Plane Region and Area of a Plane Region. I added your search phrase to these videos to make them easier to find. You can use the magnifying glass next to where it says About under the banner on the homepage of my channel:) I hope these help and thank you very much for watching and your support.

    So the volume ratio would be a^3/b^3?

  • @mikelitoris4377
    @mikelitoris4377 9 ปีที่แล้ว

    So for the ratio of perimeter you dont add all the numbers for it to be 8/20?

    • @profrobbob
      @profrobbob  9 ปีที่แล้ว

      Mauricia Romeu If you mean the example at 8:30 the answer is no, because perimeter is a measure of length like the length of a side. Also it sounds like you are assuming the length of each side is the same which is not necessarily true. Thank you for watching:):):)
