I don’t usually say to much about your videos but this woman needs mentioning. I enjoy all your content Bob, but every now and then you come across someone who just inspires. She is awesome. I’d love to be in her shoes. Maybe someday soon I’ll be the one showing off my van. One can wish. Thank you Theresa
And as nomads and future nomads we tend to be folks who are fresh outside the box free thinkers. We like to see how a bunch of us found their own unique solutions. Stix n brix flat thinkers may never get us. Is what it s….
The solar panel on back doors was genius! Removable with magnets? Incredibly smart!!!!! This was a #1 tip that everyone can use, many thanks! Loved the cabinet organization too, very nice and compact kitchen and excellent closet space. Bathroom was so nice to have! Lovely lady, soft spoken and creative. Thanks for the tour, Bob and Theresa!
This is such a SMART, practical build!! It's LUXURY!!! Her son is obviously a very good builder. He could probably have a good business doing van builds. The key here is a place for everything, and everything in it's place. The solar panel on the door is so sensible and doable. I'm amazed at everything that's been put in here, without it being "crammed". I guess that's the yrs of experience though. After 5 yrs on the road, you have a better idea of what you need and what you don't need.
This former rock climber has reached the pinnacle of happiness in her beautiful, homely and well fitted out travel cabin! To have a heater, hot water, full shower and a Nature's Head toilet makes for a very civilised, comfortable and hygienic atmosphere, supported by the induction hob, microwave and twin fridge set up for full life support on board. The spacious, comfortable sofa benefited from a Lagun table (seen stored on a shelf) for dining, prep, or desk space, and the wrap around curtain gave the cabin an enveloped, cosy feeling. That the sofa switched to become a full sized bed if required was a superb design. When Theresa get's her large, top opening Dometic fridge, she could have a hinged shelf above or fit the fridge into a slide out drawer to retain her much needed counter space in her kitchen. Placing the toilet and shower to the rear allows for both to be used outside with a fabric privacy curtain affixed to the opened rear doors, further enhancing life in this very well thought out and fitted out travel cabin. Mounting the flexible solar panel onto the rear door remains the neatest, most practical way to benefit from the setting sun's energy giving rays! I noticed that Teresa thanked Bob Wells for giving her the confidence to embark on the life she now lives, and that is a tribute I have heard many times from people, and there can be no finer honour than to be recognised for instilling confidence in people to take the steps to improve the quality of their life immeasurably!
Being 57 years old and retired, (it's me) Theresa sure is an inspiration to me and many of us who are above our twenties or thirties and not tied to a job, but still adventures and openminded as well as openhearted, and ready to take the next trip out and into the world with the luxury to bring your home with you. Thank you so much, Theresa - and may Fortuna be with you and keep you safe and healthy (y)
I really love her van. It has so much in it. What an inspiration! She has such a peaceful disposition...even though thieves stole her solar she let it go and it all was returned back to her. We can all learn something by her non-reactive attitude. Thank you for this great tour!
For me, the best part of this rig is the curtains. It's like being in a big blanket. So much warmth and personality. If they were washable, that would be a smart solution to finishing walls.
Great van! Her son did an awesome job. This is a perfect setup with everything I need. I am torn between the bed being there or a Murphy in back. I would love to lay down and watch the sunset out of the back door. Which would mean moving the shower to the front. The wardrobe is spectacular as is the solar panel on the black door. Our genius is often revealed in a dream. Thank her for sharing.
Thanks Bob. I really enjoyed this van tour. I think Theresa's van layout is very intuitive and clever. That solar panel idea - WOW!!! I love that she has a shower and hot water. What a good idea to have a solar water bag for outside hand washing and other uses, without coming in and out of the van. Especially valuable during the current times. Theresa has a great personality - very pleasant, very smart. I'm so sorry her solar was stolen in Yuma, that's awful. What a violation when people steal from us - and something she needed for everyday functioning! Good thing she has a supportive family and a place to go to recoup. Shout out to her son for doing her build - excellent job! I wish Theresa the very best going forward. And thank you again Bob for the wonderful things you do for people, and the information you provide in many different types of videos, not to mention other endeavors like HOWA. Good health and good fortune to you. Hugs and kissies for Cody.
What a sweet lady and her van home is perfect. It has all she needs. Oh how I wish I could do this....maybe one day. I love the videos and get many ideas and tips so if/when the time comes I will be okay.
The last 2 minutes of the video made me cry because she is such an inspiration and I so much want to live this way and be free to roam and wander. Every one of your RV living videos are inspirational and amazing. Thank you!
This video shows me how elaborate you can be, and I wonder if my desire for primitive simplicity is unrealistic. Then I get all happy again thinking about starting out as a true minimalist. We must follow our own personal intuition.
I would like to hear the story about how the panels were taken from the roof. First I've heard of panels stolen off a roof. To bad, I feel for her. The back door panel was a good idea, the magnets and it being removal...genius. If something happens to the rooftop panels again you still have something.
And resilience is built in and she has this naturally. I've been looking at sprinter as my dream one day to come true but I'm doing it as what I have saving for that dream come true.
Def soo organized and that's what is impressive to me. Makes it cleaner. She could teach organization. Very nice and homey build with everything u need! Nice Theresa! 👏🏼👍🏼❤
Amazing home, Theresa and her son did an outstanding job. I LOVE how she got the idea for the back door, magnet mounted solar panels from a dream! Lol! Super idea! Thanks for another great video, Bob!
What a great lady ! love her little home on wheels . She was blessed with this awesome idea of putting the solar panel on the back door and fastened with magnets is a bonus idea. Thank you for sharing.
Hello Sr, I been thinking about going on the van life, but for now I'm stuck at my sister house, she just got her house, and I have to be here to help her with her rent... I love the idea of freedom, I see people from all the backgrounds of society very devastated from the situation right now here on California. Next year is my year,. I think people suffer for the illusion of security they have created in this society.
I have the same sprinter !! I'm 63 and full timer. Of course mine is set up different, I love looking at the different Set ups it helps me fine tune mine to my liking. Thank you Teresa
Theresa, in love your home. Fantastic idea for the solar panel ! I know I was staying in the desert that it wouldn't be a heartache to have/use. Bob, how about a video on securing your valuables. I see these hipsters posting click bait videos about break ins.
Fantastic! Another classic "BW And The Nomads" video. So sorry to hear about the theft, though. Yuma - what a surprise. "Every neighborhood is a bad neighborhood" now. Probably safer 'out in the desert'.
Oh my absolutely love her dreams, I love my dreams but this one takes the cake of all teaching in our dreams. I'm utilizing this one on magic solar. Yeah😉🥰☕
I would love to get a van like this...I like the higher ceiling...and I’d love an extra long van too..then just travel here and there...one day maybe...my hubby will take some convincing..he thinks I’ve lost my mind...living in a van????!!! Lol. But some of these vans r lovely
Awesome lady. I would love a Sprinter. This is the second one I have seen today on you tube. It's all you need and not too big, but plenty of room for food and kitchen appliances, etc.
First of all, God bless this woman's family for being so understanding and generous with their time, ideas and assistance. Secondly, oh my gosh, I am so envious of your organizing. I admire how neat everything is and so want to be that way but can't seem to keep on top of it. 😉 She seems to be so kind and chill and I'll bet it would be nice to sit around a campfire at night and share a glass of wine with her. Oh to have the courage and health to live this way. Bravo!
Thank you so much! I am getting ready to buy a van and its nice to know you are not scared. I hope I meet up with you on the road sometime in December when I leave Canada for my road trip
The panel on the inside of the door is ingenious!! Love this woman's ideas and the build- as a "larger female" - I would have some sort of slide out from the shower- to be able to stand outside with the curtain- but the ability to place one in a Sprinter is amazing. Love this build!
Hey Theresa....remember helping me move my tent campsite back in 2018??...you and 3 people, John, Bud and Gregg helped me and my 3 cats move on the other side of the wash in Ehrenberg, you sure packed a whopping amount of stuff in that van!!! So good to see you, you are a wonderful kind person and a whole lot of fun to be around....hope we meet again in the near future...we had to move to sticks and bricks again for my cats and my health for a few years but are itching to get back out there soon!
Nice! Every comfort well organized Good to have handy helpful family for back up and build. No one in my family is handy. But we've all be sucked dry by a dodge. Trucks. Van's. SUV. Never again. Lovely person. Happy for her.
Bob: I love how you say, "Welcome Back to my Next video" .... It always makes me think of that film 'Back to the Future'. You're like Michael J. Fox on a hover board....! For the times, this lifestyle is cutting edge ... 🤗❤️😜
Mmmm..... I like this gal-- she comes across as genuine, which is something I crave in my life. Her van and her appreciation of it was pretty fun to watch. I got some great ideas, too.

I love how each van owner brings a novel, clever idea to their mini-homesteads

She needs to start her own TH-cam channel strong positive vibes 👍

Very well said. I agree with all you wrote.
That is what i was going to say. Just not as eloquently.
Paraphrasing The Whole video, thank you👍
This woman is adorable. I really like her energy.
I'm a foodie too. And NEVER ride my bike I PAID for, nor have I EVER used my hammock 😊
S N I felt the same as you.

"this is your magic carpet to take you there". I love Bob, he's such an inspiration. We need more Bobs in the world :)
Mounting solar on the door is so amazing!!!🤩
Nice setup. And she looks comfortable and happy. Thanks to her son for building it out for his mom to enjoy for as long as she wants to
Amazing son, and if he wanted to build vans for a living, I suspect he would be extremely successful, and would allow him to express creativity
Theresa is a very inspirational person. I love the Solar Panel idea. What an excellent use of space.
I really love her van. It has so much in it. What an inspiration! She has such a peaceful disposition...even though thieves stole her solar she let it go and it all was returned back to her. We can all learn something by her non-reactive attitude. Thank you for this great tour!
Finally sprinter van build will the bathroom What a lot nice layout
For me, the best part of this rig is the curtains. It's like being in a big blanket. So much warmth and personality. If they were washable, that would be a smart solution to finishing walls.
I like her van and it has a SHOWER!!!!
Solar panels on the open doors are brilliant. Also like the way she carries her bike inside.
Love That easy access solar... no clambering on the roof.
She's a quilter! and has antique blue ball jars for storing. Nice lady.
😃☝️‼️
Sharp eye. I'd love to see some of her work. Gotta love the blue jars.
Great van! Her son did an awesome job. This is a perfect setup with everything I need. I am torn between the bed being there or a Murphy in back. Keep the videos coming. We all need it. I’m in Las Vegas quarantined, like so many others. Thank you 🙏 Bob. Stay safe everyone
I think she and her rig may have been one of the most inspiring videos I’ve seen Bob ! Love her attitude and visions 💕
Everything is so neat and orderly , I like that .
She’s a very very cool woman. I like her. I love that she hikes, bikes, water sports. Fantastic healthy lifestyle,
That's why it helps to have a home base or family that support you. Very nice.

Lovely lady. Great ideas. Thank you Bob.
"Ilove my van, I love my life"..... she sounds happy!😊
i loved the fact that her family supports her lifestyle, many people hesitate to do things because they're afraid of what people will say
This video shows me how elaborate you can be, and I wonder if my desire for primitive simplicity is unrealistic. Then I get all happy again thinking about starting out as a true minimalist. We must follow our own personal intuition.
She is so freaking awesome!!!! I would love to meet someone like her on my future travels. What an amazing lady!!
You and your Son did a great job. I like that he put your heater under the passenger seat.
When I think the vans and interviews can't get any better, Bob & Theresa knock it out of the park. Keep up the good work Bob x xxxx x

Block the ladder so roof theft does not occur.
Damn near the perfect van! And what a great wonderful lady!
If I were able this is EXACTLY the set up I would want! Kudos to you & your son.
Fantastic design. Utterly inspirational. What a lovely woman!
I too love the idea of mounting the panel on the back door awesome

Thanks for sharing this well organized van. The solar panel with magnets is brilliant! Thank you.
I love that she is so organized. Very nice.
Nice Sprinter. I think it's pretty close to a perfect candidate for a diy camper modders. Solid and no fancy electronics on the platform.
Very nice , sprinter , all electric , no black water , very nice person as well . Godspeed my friend.
Theresa, in love your home. Fantastic idea for the solar panel ! I know I was staying in the desert that it wouldn't be a heartache to have/use.

Fantastic! Another classic "BW And The Nomads" video.
So sorry to hear about the theft, though. Yuma - what a surprise. "Every neighborhood is a bad neighborhood" now. Probably safer 'out in the desert'.
Wonderhussy always saying it’s safer out in the boonies.
Super nice home. It's so well done that she can carry a lot of stuff. Love the solar system too. Awesome.

Wow!!! What a great idea with magnetically mounting a solar panel on the back door. I might do that with my van. What a good idea! Thank you so much.
I would love to get a van like this...I like the higher ceiling...and I’d love an extra long van too..then just travel here and there...one day maybe...my hubby will take some convincing..he thinks I’ve lost my mind...living in a van????!!! Lol. But some of these vans r lovely

Very sweet lady and another great video.
Great way to mount an extra solar panel.
Love this Van, her son did a excellent job!
Never realized how huge the Sprinter vans were. Wow.
First of all, God bless this woman's family for being so understanding and generous with their time, ideas and assistance. Secondly, oh my gosh, I am so envious of your organizing. Wow!!!! Thank you Theresa…. 👏👏👏👏👏. Great designed van!!! Wish I had someone like her son to build me one!!!!
P.S. Always, always trust your dreams!!!!
The panel on the inside of the door is ingenious!! Love this woman's ideas and the build- as a "larger female" - I would have some sort of slide out from the shower- to be able to stand outside with the curtain- but the ability to place one in a Sprinter is amazing. Love this build!

Perhaps that can be your next "cartoon image" 😀
Love this van and the idea about the solar panel is so smart. ☺
Love her philosophy. I agree 100%. Love it. Magic carpet
Mmmm..... I like this gal-- she comes across as genuine, which is something I crave in my life. Her van and her appreciation of it was pretty fun to watch. I got some great ideas, too.
