NEW Austin Resident Introduced to the BEST RESTAURANTS in Austin

I head out on a weekend trip to Austin, Texas to help my niece Alissa discover some of the best restaurants in Austin after becoming a new Austin resident. After visiting several great restaurants back in 2023 during my previous visit, I introduce the restaurants in Austin which she (and you too) has to check out. At the same time, I show off some of the cool things to see and do around Austin like the Texas State Capitol, Zilker Park, and Mount Bonnell. Alissa also got to introduce me to a couple places she has discovered so far which I had not seen yet like one of the restaurants as well as the Cidercade.

as a former austinite, may i ask you why you went to so many of the same places you did in your previous video? i only ask because there's sooo many amazing restaurants and so many fun things to do! i feel like ten videos on the city would only begin to scratch the surface lol!😀

True, but the purpose of the video was to show my niece who had just moved to Austin some great restaurants (which I had enjoyed in the past) as well as some cool sights. Fortunately to have some different things, we did check out a couple places which I had not known about yet. Anyway, the only way I could do this is revisit a lot of the same places. However, as I see myself going back at some point to visit her again, I see us going to do some new stuff the next time!

I wish it was! Contrary to belief, I do not travel every week. I record all my content during the trip and then upload them later. It is almost never that I post in real time. I would probably run out of money with my current job if I were to travel every week, lol! It would be nice to travel weekly though!

I'm going to guess that your nieces favorite NFL team is the Texans, her favorite MLB team is the Astros, her favorite NBA team is the Rockets, and her favorite NHL team is the Stars.

It's highly unlikely since she spent almost all her life in Michigan.
