Hello the tip of my gum between my teeth is slightly mobile when using toothpick or brush.
I did have scaling. Much blood and sensitivity occurred during and after the procedure.
But the slight mobility of tip of gum between teeth occurred before scaling

Mine is worse. It i now have an overbite, can not close my mouth properly if I do it becomes painful. The jaws are not aligned as well. I have been going to Dentist from 2008 and they all kept on removing my teeth until last month I went to a hospital and they told me to see a periodontist of which they have non in the hospital.

Tartar remove karne ke bad gao hota hai .lekin woh gap apke teeth ke beech mein pehale se hota hai Jo tartar remove karne ke baad feel hone lag jaata hai. Tartar us gap mein form hota hai. Isliye is gap to clean rakhna zaruri hai. Floss karke ya fir interdental brushing karke iss gap ko clean Kiya Jaa sakta hai.
Agar gap close karna chahte Hain toh filling ya veneer ka use karke ya fir tooth movement karke gap close Kiya jaata hai

The instrument used for teeth cleaning is known as scaler it does not have any sharp edges which can grind the tooth. The drill is only instrument which causes grinding and we don't use the drill in the cleaning process.
Secondly there is no medicine for gum recession. Consult your dentist or gum specialist as soon as possible
