My husband of 7 years suddenly left me last June, and I have been just sleeping my life away, and going to work. I love knitting and want it to be therapy for me, but the desire to sleep just overwhelms me. The sun coming out as spring tries to break through here in the Pacific NW in Washington State, USA is helping a tiny bit, so I get the seasonal part of depression, too. Talk to us! Yes that sounds like it's right up my alley! And with fun colors, the design of the sock doesn't have to be as difficult to be interesting which is a plus
I found your video because I was searching for things about the Nettie scarf that I am starting. I have Dutch heritage (I’m from the US) and I’ve been to the Netherlands twice when I was younger (Harlem and Heemstede) and I love it there.
