Sir firstly thank for accept challenging case for reconstruction ,u are to much hard working and u deovlop skills in facials surgery now a days ENT and MDS in maxillofacial surgery both branch overlap .but you are India's number one Maxillofacial surgeon
Both ENT and maxillofacial are more into removing pathology and less reconstruction, its the integrated plastic surgery, who do complex free flaps, microsurgery, bring tendon to create a sling. for this both OMFS and ENT need extra training.
Keep your chin up & don’t loose hope brother your in great hands you will be fine, just be patient because getting better results will take some time and nothing will change in overnight so keep in mind this is slow recovery but you will get there

It is one thing to ask to be translated to english(which is almost a global language) and another to ask something to be translated to Italian out of everything. That's so random. I don't watch Italian youtubers and demand translation to Norwegian. *Learn english!*
The repairs done to his face initially looks like they went outside and randomly chose someone off the street to do them. I’m praying for this surgery to go well and he’s happy with the results. 🙏🏻

I will never complain about minor problems again after seeing this young man . We should all be thankful for our blessings and for what we have and not desire unnecessary things . Surgery for this young man IS necessary .It will probably change his whole outlook on life . I pray that he will know much happiness and have a much easier daily life . I am certain that God is with you as you carry out your surgical work and it makes him joyful . 🤍
