Hooooly sh***t!! I had never seen this one before and was NOT prepared for that. I've watched her "From Lara with Love" performance of Je Suis Melade many, MANY times and that doesn't ever get old and still tugs at me each time. Didn't think the song/performance could get any more emotional. But this?? I was in shock by the end. My heart was racing and the tears were rolling. That was AMAZING! Just wow. I need to watch/listen to that whole concert. I'll probably be laying in a puddle by the end of it.

Sadly, that’s what happens when people keep pushing the same concert…you end up missing out on a lot of (better) stuff 🫢 as Daniela said, you should definitely react to the full show. It is, imo, better than from Lara with love.
I have some thoughts about those two concerts in particular and the conversation about which is “better” -which I’m sure we all agree is an argument of millimeters when you’re trying to rank her performances. Maybe I’ll find a way to get into them sometime.

The french word for what happened to me the first time I sat down and watched this concert is "boulverse"(sorry no accents on keyboard) I was totally unprepared for the emotional roller coaster that this concert took me on. At the paroxysm of her art back then (in my book anyway). She had that raw talent and was not holding it back. Well, as you all know she had been trained and singing for many years before that show, but the way she was blasting her vocals during that era was amazing. The ending of this interpretation of Je suis malade is mind blowing of course.
