Even if you enabled all privacy settings and disabled all sensor permissions you might still be spyed on. The only way to prevent this is to enable sensors off in developers settings but that might not work if the government or the company that made the phone has a work around

The biggest downside is your phone has to be logged in to your Samsung account. Bixby is supposed to be able to work offline but it won't on my S22 and my A series didn't come with Bixby...
