I can never think about this guy without remembering the video I saw of him the day AFTER he won the 2023 Europeans of him lifting, going heavy in the squat and pulls without taking a single day off. Incredible work habits. I know some will say the reason for that is artificial assistance. I couldn’t say. I can’t imagine anyone working harder than that however.
The Bulgarians have always done that. Get back into training asap to avoid going backwards.

Don't worry. The Bulgarian weightlifters are under control of International Weightlifting Organization. They could be tested any time even when they practice. For 2021 Karlos was tested 16 times.
