The key to any success is find something you love to do so much, you can't wait for the sun to rise to do it all over again, because you want to go do your thing. We can decide that we're going to change, we can decide that you're gonna stand up to life, we can decide that we are gonna live each day like it matters. We need be clear, concise, compelling, committed and consistent to achieve any sort of success.

One of your best , if not THE best episode. Fantastic work on the topic. So well done, presented. Appreciate the real life examples and application of Stoicism to real life. Thank you so much.

I have listened to this innumerable times....yet....I still struggle with "Journaling"...somehow, the value evades me, somehow, the value not internalised, somehow putting all my thoughts down....overwhelming!
