I do this almost every night at my overnight security job. In the 5 months I’ve worked there I passed 2 IT certifications, learned how to trade stocks and made massive progress towards my online courses. What I do is I always do nothing for 45 minutes to an hour before I begin a task to bring my dopamine to base level. Then I jump into my task until I lose focus. When I take a break I take a 10-15 minute break of doing nothing then jump back into the task.
You don't just trade stocks, you trade the securities the firms are offering. what you refer to are shares, securities which allow one to reassemble a company's directory team by voting and receive dividends (and much more), therefore investors are called shareholders. These equities have selling and buying prices which fluctuate based on demand in an automated manner at the stock exchange borse, and that's why it's possible to profit or loss by exchanging these securities (regardless of dividends and fees). Know the basics. There are no shortcuts. you don't just "Biohack" your brain into the proper form to be able to study. You SIT and you STUDY and then your brain gets into the optimal state for studying. Keep things old school and simple. you would be surprised to know how far one could get with dedication.
You can really change your life only when you start to fall in love with yourself, when you see compassion and empathy in your own eyes. Then you will realize that you are poisoning a life, that your habits are killing your beautiful love. Fall in love with yourself, be honest, realize the pain you are causing to yourself, take action.
being a professional procrastinator, i keep looking for days or moments where i promise myself i will change for good- new year's, first day of the month, monday, 12:00 A.M, the first day of next semester but...no avail. Make a list of all the things you're procastinating and add a second column to your risk - why you don't want to do it. Your why is the first thought you have earned e.g. I don't want to get up and walk all the way there and reach up to get that" You'll see a pattern. Then it'll help you create systems not tasks. Rhythm not routine. You'll immediately know that you'll procastinate if xyz is part of it.

He had a Friend you know who was student from DHAKA UNIVERSITY. DHAKA UNIVERSITY is the best UNIVERSITY in Bangladesh for all fields. But for engineering BUET and for medical it's DHAKA MEDICAL. and DHAKA is the capital.

I do not like being average but when it comes to working hard in order to grow I always fail because I never want to come out of my comfort zone to which I am strongly tied but now I will persist until I achieve it.
