Hilarious. You can tell he’s feeling so much better because he’s all “get off me, Dad, leave me alone to do me!” 😂❤
I know! He was clingy and mopey before and now he curious and explorative, being a real dog! The smells are the main thing on his mind instead of his pain. I was honestly pretty happy when I saw that annoyed glance and him going right back to dogging. Huskies especially tend to be super independent and a bit stubborn 🤣❤️

Yeah. It,s so wonderful watching Ronan hanging onto every word , not.! 😅 But that in itself is amazing. It means he,s happy, comfortable and secure enough in himself to totally ignore Lee,s commands, and to go off and do his own thing.
He can be who he was always meant to be, in other words.

This video was so funny! I loved Ronan's independence . While most of the dogs will come to Lee so easily, sometimes it is great to have a dog who clearly has other plans!

I have a black lab/great dane and she has me trained.. I'll call her to come in and she'll wait at the bottom of the steps till I go up on the landing then she comes to the door when she's ready very annoying little habit but yeah she has her Mommy trained just fine. Anna In Ohio

He looks wonderful, not to mentioned loved & cared for. He is busy investigating his wonderful & stimulating surroundings, and is enjoying himself so much…to the point that nothing else matters to him. He knows he is safe, loved & cared for…and I bet he knows you don’t have a mean bone in your body, and won’t get upset with him if he decides to continue investigating his new home instead of coming to you when you call his name. He knows you will be there for him when he’s done. I’m sure after he investigates ALL of his new home surroundings he’ll respond to his name….he knows you will be there for him with lots of hugs & kisses. 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻❤️

So happy for Ronan🤗He is such a husky...in his own world🤗 Thanks for the words about healing...it's a mind thing. At 76 years old, not on any meds...never have been... even though I was diagnosed with lupus over 30 years ago. Haven't had so much as a cold for over 20 years.

Welp, that’s a husky for ya. We have 2 and they are the most magnificent , intelligent yet extremely willful breed. I remember when we first saw Ronin and I actually hurt for him. He looked SO uncomfortable. I knew when he went with Lee we would be seeing an update video and here we are. We love you Lee and get so much out of your messages of love and hope.

How I wish you could have even more land for all those precious animals out there who just need love and spaces to run, with a pack. Bless you Lee. I know it must be hard for you sometimes taking on a dog that you know may not live long. You are a very special man! And Ronan is such a beautiful dog now!! I am 68 years old now and in less than good health...but if I could, I would come there and volunteer to do whatever was needed for those babies of yours. What an amazing work you do.

I'm happy to see Ronan looking at ease and gorgeous. Personal and med cares have brought him back to health. It's about time he enjoys life on the ranch but Ronan needs to listen to his dad's call before venturing too far.
