The best part about this video is how the race immediately starts
I kinda like the build up
USC second leg is flying
It’s Rai Benjamin. John 3:16. God bless!
Rai Benjamin is an automatic on the Olympic 4x4 as is Norman. Montgomery is probably the 3rd. All can run 43's.
@@truth8508USA 4x4 gonna be a 4 headed beast
@@truth8508 Benjamin, Norman, Montgomery, Kerley in any order. That could be a world record team
@@biglilrichard what happened?
43.60 split ???? Good Lord! Can’t wait to see him against Wayde Van Niekerk in 2020
lArrY BoY and he ran 43.61 before in the open 400m and his best split is 43.06

Amd.he was taking it easy up until the last 100.
Rai Benjamin is a phenomenal athlete.
I watch this race at least once a month! The only race that I can recall that is as stacked as this one was the 1992 NCAA 4x400, won by Georgia Tech.
They lived up to the hype! Wow! Appreciate the uploads!
Wow! Beautiful running USC! I want to see all four of you in the Olympics!
Michael Norman has no use for lactic acid...
Love it!
It's will be interesting to see who wins the Bowerman award this year. It will be close between Rai and Michael.
Imagine how fast this could’ve been with a dry track
Walt Disney someday I'll get to Orlando - maybe not this trip around.

I see you 3rd leg
USC 4X4: Ricky Morgan, Jr 45.70; Rai Benjamin 43.52; Zachary Schinnick 45.93: Michael Norman 43.62. Hmm..I think these splits are off by 0.33 seconds.

Dwight Stones said it sub 44 relay speed and he didn't look as if he was running that fast.

North Carolina A&T recently ran 3:00.23 at the Texas Relays which would have placed them 3rd in this race!!!!!

USC has ringers. The second leg isn't even a 400 runner 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
