Theres a nice circuit to be had to go up from morvich between fhada and garbh bhienn .. lovely graded path and smooth gradient in comparison to that descent ... then round and down where you went.

Go in from a track up the road from clunie inn it takes you to alt beithe hostel about 5 mls if I remember
