Give a chance to the heist, its actually a solid album with arguably no skips. Also the social concepts discussed in the songs give the abum a deeper meaning. Not even mentioning the album has 2 massive hits, Thrift Shop and Cant Hold Us the latter being one of the best songs in the industry in my opinion.
Man, for real I'm so happy that Freddie Gibbs was a nominee, I think he's a bit underratedd for the type of rapper he is. Hopefully one day he'll win a grammy

Such a great album to kickstart a great career. 2011- Okay I know I said I like relapse, but recovery is really bland, and boring, especially for a rapper like Eminem. Personally I am just going to go with The Blueprint 3. 2012- Okay 2011 was a great year for rap. We have some true mastery with Lasers, Watch The Throne was really fun, and creative. Pink Friday had some hits, Goblin by Tyler helped put him on the map, and I have always had a really soft spot for Carter IV. But MBDTF was obviously going to win, even though it isn’t my favorite of the year, I can’t deny how much is changed the game for rap in general, and is such a powerhouse in the genre. IYRTITL is Drakes best, but come on. What else could it go to other than TPAB, which is one of my top 5 albums of all time. 2017- It should of gone to Life Of Pablo, although Chance was good, end of discussion. 2018- Amazing year for rap, Flower Boy was a fantastically beautiful album, and was a nice switch up for Tyler, and 4:44 was my favorite of this category, but ya I think Damn probably deserved this the most.
