- Ya han empezado las vacaciones de Pascua, y como manda la tradición es tiempo de celebrar y comer deliciosos Huevos de Pascua.
Los Huevos de Pascua son populares en todo el mundo, y existen muchas tradiciones entorno a ellos.
Hay paises en los que la tradición es esconder los huevos para que los niños salgan a buscarlos en el jardín o en el campo.
En otros países, como Francia y Bélgica, se celebra una carrera de huevos de Pascua, en la que los niños compiten para ver quién puede rodar el huevo más lejos sin romperse.
En nuestro país por ejemplo, es costumbre que los padrinos regalen monas y huevos de Pascua a sus ahijados el Domingo de Resurrección.
Nosotros os traemos el plan perfecto para estos días de Semana Santa.
Os proponemos que elaboréis vuestros propios Huevos de Pascua.
Se trata de una receta muy original, colorida y sobre todo divertida que encantará tanto a niños como a adultos.

✔1. Huevos de chocolate
Ingredientes
• Chocolate blanco, Chocolate negro.
• Figuras de azúcar.
• Colorantes liposolubles Dekora.
✔2. Elaboración
Derretir o temperar cada chocolate por separado.
Técnica de pincelado. Pintar con pincel de cerda el molde de
huevo de pascua, con el chocolate derretido y dejar enfriar.
Repetir el procedimiento tantas veces como sea necesario
hasta lograr al grosor deseado.
Enfriar en heladera / nevera. Desmoldar con un
pequeño golpe sobre la mesada.
Técnica de llenado. Colocar el chocolate derretido en el
molde de huevo de pascua hasta un tercio de su capacidad
aproximadamente. Hacer correr el chocolate. Poner en el
molde, girándolo. Dejar enfriar en heladera, y repetir procedimiento
tantas veces como sea necesario,hasta conseguir
el grosor necesario. Dejar enfriar y desmoldar con un golpe
seco sobre mesada.
✔3. Huevos de colores
Derretir chocolate blanco, separar tres porciones y teñirlo
con colorante liposoluble Dekora.
Con ayuda de una cuchara dejar caer cada color, permitiendo
que se enfríe entre un color y el otro con la técnica
de chorreado.
Por último colocar el chocolate blanco con la técnica de
llenado para no arrastrar los colores y enfriar.
Desmoldar de la misma manera que los anteriores.
Podemos decorar con figuras de azúcar pegadas con chocolate
derretido.
Conservar en lugar fresco y seco.´
