低筋麵粉250g 無鹽奶油100g 黑糖30g
牛奶20ml 全蛋2顆 香草粉20g 可可粉20g
巧克力內餡份量2份:
巧克力100g 牛奶500ml 可可粉20g 黑糖40g
白蘭地15cc 玉米粉20g 吉利丁片10g
