I’d really love to try the soufflé pancake. Looks light and fluffy enough to be a nice breakfast that is not too heavy on the tummy.
This stuff all looks so good! Not sure I would like the bagels though as I'm of the variety that believes that if it's not boiled it's not a bagel.

Here, they just slap things together blind folded, and then crush it into a box and then slide it across the counter. Is this a Korean mentality? I've seen a lot of Asian cultures have a lot of importance for respect and honor.

20g Whole Milk
10g Vegetable Oil
1/4tsp Vanilla Extract
30g All Purpose Flour
3 egg whites
1 tsp. White Vinnegar
40g fine sugar
1. Add egg yolks, milk, vegetable oil into bowl, mix completely then add the vanilla extract. Mix again, until the mixture is a light color and foamy.
2. Sift in the flour, and mix well. *NOTE: pay attention to batter’s consistency, not too runny nor too thick.
3. In a separate bowl add the egg whites & white vinnegar, then mix. while mixing add the sugar in parts instead of all at once. You should have stiff peaks.
4. Add the stiff peak mixture into the egg yolk mixture gradually, make sure not to stir too fast. This is the part that gives the pancakes that fluffy trait everyone loves.
5. Finally put the mixture into a pouring bag and make towers of the thick mixture, in a oiled pan, cover the pan and let cook for 3-4 minutes(time will vary depending on your stove).

I wish editing could supply a brief description. Like flavors, its name, if it's ice cream, pudding, jelled or whatever. Like the lttle orange yum yums at the end of video. Or their cost/ shipping address!

Except when he's using the mixer on whipped cream. It's supposed to be folded in! Their loosing half the volume in the whipped cream by breaking all the incorporated bubbles. Sigh
