The highlight of this trip was randomly encountering a couple who, having worked abroad as chefs, returned to Bandung to open a cafe. The man became deeply interested in coffee some 4 years ago, and he roasts his own. He had Torres, Kulewati, and a few others that I forgot. I mentioned Sweet Maria's as my prime resource for coffee information.
