    Such an amazing place I just ordered both varieties you have in stock along with a couple other, can't wait to try it again, I am pretty sure a long while back I had tried some and liked it.
    Can you imagine if they had kept an more organized method of production of the coffee plants and cultivation methods what a difference.

      Timor coffee is generally picked, pulped of skin, fermented and washed then laid out on patios to dry. Here's more info about coffee from Timor. legacy.sweetmarias.com/library/timor/
