Most of the damage nerfs were targeting the Chaos spec of warlock. Chaos blade and the rifts could do some absurd amount of damage once you got some decent trinkets and some of the passives online.
I'm a little surprised did not fix the tooltip issue with Soul Vortex on warlock. I don't mind how it functions as is, but the cooldown is certainly not 10 seconds.
Life siphon with warlock was indeed pretty OP lol at some points while solo i could cast the ritual and just stand there in the middle without taking damage.
I feel like enchanting was more meant to be able to create the equipment that's desired rather than to be able to swap in and out stats regularly. Isn't the storage chest meant to be the place to swap into the gear players want? I'm just hoping for a sorting feature sometime, as well as maybe some fringe use case for green items as they seem to be objectively worse than blues. The one-shotting lightning attacks in the courts was really rough, yeah, but if the build up means giving ample time to get away for even slower characters, but remain punishing for those that just face-tank everything that seems like it'd be a good change. I'm fine with it so long as there's enough feedback [including visual clarity] of the danger. Magic missile seems to be just a significant nerf, since after a while, much like HoH1, it seems mp and mp regen will be abundant enough to spam abilities, so the max level is really what matters. Overall the game feels a fair bit easier than HoH1 which had a pretty good difficulty curve I feel, so I'm cautiously optimistic about the nerfs.
Thanks for the overview! I’m happy to see updates. I’m sad about the warlock nerf but I’m so happy they improved the AI for minions. I was excited to play a summon build but respected after one run because the targeting for the imps was just… bad. Also excited that bows were buffed. Ranger was my least favorite class so glad to see it got some love.
Anyone still having trouble connecting to a multiplayer match? Been trying to play coop in a private lobby but just stuck continuously connecting. Game crashes if i try to cancel out of the connect.
Eventually being able to just ignore trap damage can be really solid. In multiplayer games dying to traps can also be really frustrating due to the revive location. Gold seemingly serves - at least for the moment - little-to-no purpose in the end game.
I like this channel a lot. Just found it too. What a blessing.
It's a pleasure to have you on board!

I'll have try Chaos at some point, I've solely been Summoner.
@@DadsGamingAddiction It did crazy amount of damage against bosses when you have the chaos orbs placed/connected together around the boss

Funny, I started off thinking the spec looked boring but yesterday did a whole run and it felt amazing.

Yeah, the Avatar was a joke. I'd pop ritual with leech and just heal through his fist / slam damage.

How do they do 5k damage per hit?
My guess is that each electric bolt from their cone has separate damage. Either that or elec resistance is broken, but I haven't tested that.

I recommend filling out a bug report on the game's official Discord.
@DadsGamingAddiction Cheers I'll take a look. Thanks for the HoH2 vids too man. Got a new sub here 🙌🏻

I had a trap room not have a chest today...
That's odd...definitely report that on their Discord if you can.
How do i spec into my class?
Hit level 10 and unlock the required building
Lvl 10and you need guild hall tier 3
Rogue class title is really weird. Trap dmg reduce really? Why brother lvling it now
Us old people aren't as dexterous so I'll probably level it to help me survive trinket traps.
It's only .75% per lvl too. Kinda useless

Cause Gold is useless endgame
@@RNorthex hmm, that's true
The lightning wizards are a joke now. I can just hold W into their lightning and spin away
Nerf in pve game? Are they idiots?
