Thank you for your detailed videos. I have learned how to RGH consoles last year around November following your tutorials. Keep up they great work, because someone is always watching and learning as I did and still learning. Thanks.
If you are getting “Header is Wrong” using the PicoFlasher and maybe other flashers… it’s because your wires from the flasher to the Xbox are to LONG. I made this mistake, my wires were around 20inches long and I was get this error. They are now around 6-9 inches long and it works perfectly fine now. Please pass this along, that the NAND wires need to be short…. Maybe at most 10 inches long. P.S. Thank you for sharing this video with us all.
I setup my nand and pico last night. Over a year after you left this comment. It wasn't working, (reading, but not identifying the console)... I even tested continuity from the pico to alternate points on the board. Going to shorten the wires tonight when I get home. Hope it works, godspeed sir 🫡
@masterchef2408 I shortened up the wires and it worked like a charm! I didn't even think about it being a low voltage signal over such long wires. Was able to RGH my falcon, thank you.
Hello, I have a problem here, I managed to damage my 4gb Corona (v4) and I turned it into Corona V3, did the RGH 3 wiring with voltage fix, the thing is that it already had a R2C10 resistor with a value of 100 ohms but when turning to v3 I replaced it with a 0 ohm resistor despite I don't know if necessary, bought Raspbery Pi Pico just today, everything worked fine, did 2 nand reads and it said both were the same, created ECC for RGH 3 but when trying to Write it Jrunner console Said Error and some numbers like "Error 8071" or something like that, damn! I knew it couldn't be so easy, I turned everything off and reconnect it again but now Jrunner don't read my nand, it just closes when I try to make a nand read. It closes everytime I read it, I don't know what to do, do anyone here know how to solve this problem? I'm really sad since I've put a lot of work in this corona :'(

I'm glad you mentioned the sonus 360. Would you by chance have details on direct wiring for adding sound on Coronas? There is a great video in this bon You Tube for Trinitys but not for Coronas. I've done many Trinitys with the JRP but I noticed the Coronas points are different.
If anyone is having an issue with getting their NAND read with the PicoFlasher. Try this. First reflash the .u2 file to the Pico. If that still does not get the Flasher to see the console then if you have a spare around, try another Pico. I redid my soldering (redid it for good measure to eliminate variables) and still the Flasher could not see the Console. So I said F it! Grabbed a spare Pico and flashed it, hooked it up. VOILA !!!! Read the console and NAND right away. This was an official Pico too, so not a cheap clone. It seems these little boards are fragile or just maybe temperamental. So if all else is failing you and your soldering job is A Okay! with still no reading of the NAND, try another Pico.
