The Best Chicken Curry Recipe | Vietnamese Curry

This is the best curry recipe. Vietnamese chicken curry, also known as "Càri Gà", is similar to that of Thai's panang curry.
When it comes to curry, I don't want it to be too overwhelm with the taste of coconut milk, and also no to spicy hot where I can't enjoy the flavor.
One particular difference that Vietnamese curry have over Thai's panang curry is that we use coconut water to it. This helps to sweetened the curry and also tenderize the chicken and keep it juicy.
I love adding baby taro to my curry. just be sure to deep fry or airfry any vegetables first before stewing with the curry.
