I don't play league, but I assume part of the learning curve is, essentially, accointing for slightly-off hitboxes in the vanilla skins. For example, the arrow/fist hitboxes might not match the animation, but you eventually get a feel for how much distance you need to keep from the model to avoid getting hit. If the skin changes the overall size of the model, but not the hitbox, then your intuitions about where the hitbox ends compared to the model are no longer applicable. Also, a smaller model can make it harder to even see the projectile in the middle of a teamfight.
I'm surprised the league skins never revealed the bigger issue with the game, the hitboxes have always been broken. At least compared to any moba's, watch any game and slow it down, you'll see a considerable amount of skillshots that look off, but still seem to hit. It's horrible once you start noticing it.

You got no idea how many times they done stuff like "top 5 mistakes in esports" just to find its the same 3/4 clips with just a single new one added in that you seen in the last installment
I once played a game by Ubisoft called Ghost Recon Phantoms. 10 tiers of guns whose stats got better in every way as you progressed. Each one cost, say, 1000 in-game currency, but you only earned a maximum of 50 currency per game (with paid-for premium boosters) on a win. The weapons in gun packs (which you had to pay for) were better than ones you could earn in-game. And the biggest offender of them all: premium ammo which not only gave your gun increased damage, but also gave you twice the ammo capacity. Totally broken, would have loved to see it get balanced, but yeah; I hate Ubisoft now
The worst example of pay to win definately has to be the original Combat Arms from Nexon Games. A PvP game where all the weapons with the best stats in the game were exclusively locked behind a premium currency store. Skin advantages are one thing, but to literally sell a major weapon stat advantages only to people who pay, definately takes the trophy for worst kind of pay to win game you can find.
The whole champion has hitbox issues (though it has improved), but the Iblitzcrank hook is physically smaller than the regular one hence the frustration. Also it’s invisible in ARAM but that’s besides the point.
2:13 isn't even about the phantom hook, but rather just how broken the hitbox on it, phasing through minions to hook that Jinx who's between three of them.
Chrysler K, World of Tanks. A tank that not only carried a cannon that highly encouraged use of 'premium' ammunition to buff it's armour piercing to something useful, but also had very strong armour versus normal AP rounds. While premium ammunition can just be bought by ingame credits rather than real money, it costs quite a bit of ingame currency. This heavily encourages the use of either special tanks bought with real money that have a built in credit booster, or premium time that boosts credit income and also costs real money. It's a sneaky underhanded tactic, and caused a massive shitstorm in the game's community.

I actually enjoyed the squad building aspect of FIFA ultimate team. I loved finding niche links with the chemistry system and taking undervalued players. I've also always enjoyed football so I thought, why not pick up a FIFA game? So, I played FIFA 16 and 17 without spending anything on FIFA points however, I could never compete against the best teams. In FIFA 18, I spent an amount of money that I'm not entirely comfortable disclosing online on packs. I can say, they're incredibly addictive and I stopped playing the following year because even though I had a fantastic team and I was winning, I'd experienced the system for what it was. If you pay, you win. No thanks.
The sad part of that story is you started at FIFA 16 which is when FUT really started to be pay to win. In the earlier games, it was possible to play lower-rated teams and win due to skill. Fifa 13 and 14 had a really good Bronze and Silver team community that would play much more varied teams and still be viable. That just doesn't happen in the last few games.
Pay to win = Fifa in a nutshell including that you´re buying the same game every year for the same price, so not only pay to win but also an annual ripoff
@@timothyyoung65 You automatically get rep with traders which opens up trades for you way earlier, you get a larger stash which means you have more room to store quest items which us normie account chuds have to sell to make space, slowing us down on progression, and you have a larger secure container off the bat meaning you are guaranteed to be able to take more value out of raids even when you die. Plus you get way more guns/equipment every wipe to start with.

Yea its a serious esports game it should be consistant even skins imo should be personal for example an awp could be canoflagued and not get picked up or the other way around
FIFA should be number 1 on any p2w list ever made. It's not an item, or a character, or a skin. It's the entire game that's p2w lol
12:08 pay a few BUCKS and win your local for FREE
What is this dude smokin lol
Just because Bayo is broken doesn’t mean you’ll win effortlessly.
The new FIFA games are really just an update for the previous game. It’s actually unbelievable that all of your past spent money just gets wiped after a year of playing a game. Imagine having to spend 5k+ USD in order to even have a chance of sucess. EA should be ashamed
I’m happy that tekken fans didn’t have to go thru sm4sh bayo for very long
"I can't believe it!!" *proceeds to walk away in disgust* lmao Anomaly do the funny
is this a reupload? it feels like we've already seen a video like this. unless this one exist to call out EA and their bullshit
I think you're talking about the banned skin in esports
Dont you worry. Been watching these guys for a long time they like to repackage videos they already have and send them back out just put together differently. Trust me look at their older videos they dont do it that much these days....which is saying something but more often then not you will see the same 2-5 videos that have the same clips or content in it that you already seen a billion times.
Totally broken, would have loved to see it get balanced, but yeah; I hate Ubisoft now
Wow fifa on a ptw list never knew this
What about the roze skin in warzone. All the ttv’s were sweating with that for so long until it somewhat slowed down.
I hated having to waiting a year after release to play Leroy as he was too broken for Season 3
the fact that common people didnt know is point blank is the number 1 pay2win games in this entire universe. change my mind
dead game
dunno, but that game still have so many players in my country
Are u from asia? Philippines
yup
*insert all of hearthstone here*
Understandable have a nice day.
Didn’t buy FIFA this year after 6 years of torture in FUT. Glad to say my mental health has improved so much this year :)
I was waiting for PRIME VANDAL to show up in this list😂
The worst example of pay to win definately has to be the original Combat Arms from Nexon Games.
A PvP game where all the weapons with the best stats in the game were exclusively locked behind a premium currency store. Skin advantages are one thing, but to literally sell a major weapon stat advantages only to people who pay, definately takes the trophy for worst kind of pay to win game you can find.
what even is that blitzcrank one, its the entire character that has phantom hooks not the skin
The whole champion has hitbox issues (though it has improved), but the Iblitzcrank hook is physically smaller than the regular one hence the frustration. Also it’s invisible in ARAM but that’s besides the point.
Not just blitzcrank, but all of those that has hook skills, like thresh and nautilus.
That blitzcrank and ashe had aim assist turned on.
bayonetta in 1st, now who would have seen that comming.
the literal world ender for smash brawl. LMAO
great video! keep it going you beautiful people ~♥♪
I actually enjoyed the squad building aspect of FIFA ultimate team.
"Never bet the best team on TI" I felt it, lost half my inventory because of that lol
I remember that Evo Tournament.
"never taunt before you get the kill"
tf2:
*using a taunt to get a kill*
The way this man pronounces Gallantry at 6:41 made me double take.
I was expecting Leroy or any of season 3's last 2 chars.
Turns out Leroy is here.
Pay to win = Fifa in a nutshell including that you´re buying the same game every year for the same price, so not only pay to win but also an annual ripoff
It has become a drug addiction of sorts at this point
Me getting all them headshot coz of the buff of the prime and elderflame vandal lol
1999-2010: People Focus on making fun game.
2011-2021: People Focus on making a game to milk Money.
If Tarkov is not on this list I am going to rage.
how is tarkov p2w at all please explain
one world: *credits*
@@timothyyoung65 You automatically get rep with traders which opens up trades for you way earlier, you get a larger stash which means you have more room to store quest items which us normie account chuds have to sell to make space, slowing us down on progression, and you have a larger secure container off the bat meaning you are guaranteed to be able to take more value out of raids even when you die. Plus you get way more guns/equipment every wipe to start with.
"Pay to win"
EA: S T O N K S
"This game if p2w from up to bottom"
Put fifa at number 8..
WTF
When i heard "On number 8 there is Fifa Ultimate Team" i was like, yeah, agreed. Lets move on to number 7. No more explaining necessary xD
"Honorable mention: the olof boost"
12:17 I never play smash, but it look like he missed 1 time? And the opponent is still stunned?
iBlitzcrank fan :D
But just why
#6 since the mac10 was on tier 95 some people dropped around a hundred bucks on tiers to have the gun before it got patched.
If Raid Shadow Legends is not on this list I am going to unsubscribe and dislike.
They forgot COD AW obsidian steed, inferno, speakeasy, literally every elite gun in the game
Itough dota2 would be in the list, seems like the game are still balanced.
Dota 2 aint more like a p2w game though. Its a pay 2 entertain lol.
8:37 that's the feeling of American troops in Vietnam wars
its weird how every tactical shooter that has character skin, there is a camo skin. and when they are working as it should be,the dev would be pikachu face
Bayoneta : am op
A certain 2 iglo charcter : imma gonna ruin ur whole career
With the amount of DLCs that break a game, you have to start assuming game companies are doing this on purpose to cause people to panic and buy something as to not be at a disadvantage. After they've made enough money, they will nerf it and apologize.
Supercell. King of Pay to win game companies.
Totally agree with No1. Like Bayonetta not only was broken but she also ended an entire game Smash 4 and I think we all remember last evo finals
Here's an entry: Modern Combat 5,
They put an *aimbot* class behind V.I.P. subscription.
Oh wow this is where Danny went from most amazing top 10
The Leroy Smith has me cracking up so hard!
How fifa isn't number 1 when the entire game is just a cash cow is beyond me
