A lot of respect for Morales and his camp for sparring Valero in front of cameras. Its not a very good PR move for top fighters to spar someone very strong or on even grounds with the champion since there is always the fear of the champ looking bad in front of the camera and public and seeing his weaknesses get exploited by the sparring partner. No wonder EM lost to Pac-Man, Why would you go sparring with an animal like Valero before a big fight with another Animal like Pac-Man? He should have been sparring with cheech instead of one of the hardest hitters in the game! Pac-Man could beat Valero only becaused he has the Freddie Roach factor, but I still want to see that fight no doubt. CA!
Morales is way better than Valero, but Valero is quite aggressive which is nice but he's guard is always open. Velero's punch is strong which may lead to a knock out but fighting off with the speed power and stamina of the Pacman, he will definitely lose. I think he should go for Marques first. He should start facing boxing legends.
Do you think so? I’m not so sure. Did you see the sparring? Valero clearly dominated Morales and hit the hardest punches and combinations. The only advantage Morales had was the experience but Valero had the condition, youth, and hit too hard. Even with the protection of the head cover you could tell Morales felt Valero’s power. Too strong Edwin Valero; with an internal fire only comparable to Mano de Piedra Durán at it best!

Valero was mainly at 135 pacquaio has dominated every weight class he's been in. He got bigger throughout the years. Valero probably would of never went up to 147 an weigh 150 pounds during the fight
all u morales fans have alota excuses lol
Vi muy bien a Valero

This felt like a hajime no ippo scene
Actually Valero uses a lot of Philly Shell stance for defense. I believe it is a superior stance.
Valero didn't really spar. He wanted to knock out everybody sparring or actually fighting. Mikey Garcia says tye same thing.
lack of head movement from either fighter, especially valero.
Bro i got here because i thought its eminem and 2 pac
we got another fucking saint in our presence!! Gear down big rig and quit playing judge, jury and executioner!!
okay, judging by valeros record, this was for the 1st pacquiao fight??..
valero fights nothing like pacquiao here, but i guess it worked well for morales.
Imagine Inoue fighting this guy on the same era? 😂
Valero seems like a decent fighter with a lot of power, but the thing is, how will he be able to handle the tempo set by Pacquiao?
He’s gone for a while, my friend 💀
its only a sparring, morales is not giving up all to valero.
2 great fighters... R.I.P Edwin, I know u didn't kill your family bruh...
He did though???
NADIE ERES TU
yes , he is
edwin hablando a morales para pacquiao
yeah somewhat, i wonder if valero was a fan.
With 2 rounds in sparring its impossible to say who win, just an idea an impression
I know that this is just sparring, so it doesnt neccesarily reflect who is better.. But damn Valero was going to be big.. Just wish I could have saw him tested a bit more. Such a waste of such talent.
right, i should rephrase and say gauge his skills "for" the elite fighters...valero hasn't fought any names yet, so juarez or someone at that level would be a good test for the next step.....dont think they should match him with marquez, barrera or any of those guys just yet
*I meant to say Wilfredo Vazquez
That day ERIC was won to fought pacquiao first meet
its pretty clear the em would school valero in a real fight
Do you think so? I’m not so sure. Did you see the sparring? Valero clearly dominated Morales and hit the hardest punches and combinations. The only advantage Morales had was the experience but Valero had the condition, youth, and hit too hard. Even with the protection of the head cover you could tell Morales felt Valero’s power. Too strong Edwin Valero; with an internal fire only comparable to Mano de Piedra Durán at it best!
if that is erik, he is not that fast as before
he is now old.
That footage was preparation of pacman first meet
