What a cute cards! I am going to use acetate for cards very very soon! Instead of using foam tape you can also use clear silicone caulk (also called kit or sealant). I did a lot of 3D cutting, building up several layers. I put the caulk in a syringe, no needle of course! With the caulk you can easily vary in height. And it can be very cheap too. I buy the large tubes and I have the tool to squeeze it into the syringe. It does take some time to get hard. Another idea, just in case you’re almost out of foam tape, is a glue gun... Thank you for your great tutorials 👍👍
I absolutely love these. I have so much acetate.......... I quite liked the suggestion from someone to round the corners. Will try that and post when finished. Thanks Natasha.
LOVE your gorgeous little thank you cards Tash. They are beautiful, and so are the finishing touches. The kraft background inked like that looks amazing and really makes your lovely flowers pop. As always, thanks so much for sharing with us.
WOW!! You are amazing - amazingly talented, and quick!! I really enjoyed watching you color these flowers, and create your pretty little notebooks! Thank you!
I too love the Woodware stamp collection, great designs and awesome price. Natasha, this card was soooo fantastic and stunning. You did it once again. Tfs, Blessings!
These are so dang cute!!!! I have purchased a few woodware sets because of your videos and I like them! You are so talented Natasha! Thank you for sharing your tips and tricks!!!!
These are super cute! I love this idea! I really like the dimension on the flowers by adding those extra pieces with the foam dots! Definitely going to try! Thanks for sharing!
I don’t like leaving a white space around my flower etc and the black felt pen trick is a godsend. I also have used a darker version of what the main colour is. I have started using a roller ball on the petals of my flowers. I will put a slice of dimensional on the middle of each flower and a glue dot in the middle. I’ve gotten so I do it on such things as flower pots, vases, small animals and a lot more. Thank you for all your inspiration!
Thank you Natasha , I learnt 2 things from you tonight , how to colour with Blends in a different way, which may enable me to get a better finish to my flowers and to line up the cards straight on the inside . The icing on the cake was the gorgeous pretty cards you made . Thank you again . X
I love your little acetate cards they are so cute, and with you adding the extra pieces of the flowers to make them look 3D makes them look even more spectacular
Natasha, I love your videos and ideas. I love that you stress a more economical approach to cardmaking!! You make beautiful cards without having to invest in every new product out there. Thank you!!
I have been watching your videos religiously for some time now. Every day, when I get off work, I immediately go to TH-cam to see if you have posted a new video. It helps me to unwind from a busy day and clear my head so that I can focus on "home." So how much do I love your videos? Let me count the ways! 1) They are usually no more than about 10 minutes long, so I can watch the whole process from start to finish (many videos from other crafters are 30-50 minutes and, many times, I don't have the time to watch them all the way through without skipping through them); 2) you encourage us to use what we have, instead of enabling us to spend more money on things we will store, and which will collect dust, whilst we buy the "latest and greatest" only to start that whole buy and store process over again; 3) you give great tips on products that you have tried over the years and that you use religiously when you find one that works for you - many times, they are the ones that work for me too; 4) you have such a soothing voice and I love your accent - though that has nothing to do with the beautiful cards you make, and you could make a completely silent video and I'd love it just the same; 5) every now and then I get a glimpse of a cute little hand from a little helper and, since I was unable to have children of my own, I get the biggest thrill out of watching other people interact with their children, especially when they are crafting together (i.e. not banned from the craft room because they might "mess something up"); and I could go on and on. Thank you for sharing your talent, your little helper's hands, your thoughts, ideas, and friendship with us all out here in cyberland! I don't comment often, but just wanted you to know that I appreciate you and your videos! Okay... novel ending now. Sorry it has taken longer than one of your videos to read though! LOL Have a wonderful day!
I have to agree. Your Face Book does have a really nice group of people. I love seeing all the cards people have made using your ideas. This set it really nice looking. My question is the glue you use. Have you had any problems of items coming off the acetate? I would think the double sided tape would hold better.
I don't put glue onto acetate, I always feel like it doesn't have a strong enough hold. I only use double sided tape on acetate, and then glue when I'm glueing paper to paper 💕
@@NatashaFooteCreative i watched the video over. I thought you had the flowers on the acetate. Sorry bout that. I misunderstood how you made it. I got it now! Thank you.
Gorgeous gift cards Natasha ❤😘🎉
