Oh, my goodness...what a beautiful collection of cards! I think my favorite is the "popped up" card with the turtle swimming by. Thank you for so many excellent techniques all in one video!

Stunning! I love your creativity! The turtle looks like he's just hanging around, relaxing in the water! The fish are right along with him!!! I can't pick a favorite card. All are great. I do like the turtle best! Too fun! TFS creative ideas with the acetate. The "sticky specs" idea is spot on. I've never thought about using it with acetate. Now I know!

Almost every one of the many, many rulers I have in my house have metric and inch measurements on them. It is easy to convert between the two. If I don’t want to fuss with sizes, I just make my card to whatever size I want. That works just fine unless it is a very complicated card with all sorts of fun folds in it. I still somehow make them work just fine anyway. I don’t mind having to change things, since it really is not a problem, certainly not something worth a complaint.
I love all things ocean & your cards are fantastic! I’m sure each design can be made in any size you choose. I especially love the tunnel card, & the alcohol ink made an awesome ocean background. I want to try all of them. Great creativity & excellent demo. Bravo. 👏🏻👍🏼🙏🏻💖

Lovely cards. Just wanted to add with the first one what would look beatiful is to use a printable acetate and use the digital downloads to print off a background. It creates a transparent look against the coloured background. X

Thank you for your informative video on using acetate. I found it thoroughly enjoyable. The only suggestion I would add if I may, is - perhaps the acetate assembling might have been better to see with a color behind instead of your white pad. 🤔🤷🏻♀️? Great video, thanks! 😊

All are beautiful, but I’m partial to turtles, and in my case my 5 tortoises, 🤣🤣 yes they are as fun as they seem to be. lol and don’t listen to the to them that say torts are slow. They are fast as heck. lol tfs ❤😊
Haha! Yes, my little boy got really into watching some at a pet shop one day. They had big personalities! I used to babysit one years ago when my friend was away and I agree, much faster than I thought!
These are beautiful cards. Can you tell me what kind of adhesive paper you used. You called it glue dots but this is not like any glue dots I've used. Thank you for the video and the information.
I'm so pleased you like them. I don't think they make the exact sheets that I used in the video any more, I can't find them, but I've replaced them with these shrsl.com/4kg9j and I have to say I think they're even better as the dots are soooo small and close together, I'm really loving them. Hope this helps.

May I ask what brand of acetate you are using please?
Of course. The heavier weight is from Hunkydory and the lighter weight is a brand called JeJe which I bought on Amazon.
What weight is your acetate?
The thinner, heat resistant, acetate is 100 microns, and the thicker one that I prefer to use for card bases is 300 microns.
Such a shame that a you chose to use American sizes for 3 of your cards. This is a stamp set from a British magazine it would make more sense to size for a British audience .
I completely understand where you're coming from on this (although it is published in the US too), sometimes I just prefer the look of the slightly boxier dimensions of the U.S. sizes
I think that most crafters find it easier to use inches.
The cards are beautiful and the instructions clear. Constructive comments are helpful. Destructive comments miss the point and can be hurtful.
I grew up in Germany with centimeters, took me some time to get used to inches here in the UK! Almost all of the people I know here in the North use inches!!! Nothing to do with America.. For crafting it’s a lot easier to use.
@@viktoriaknauber6103 100%. I grew up in South Africa and have only been in the UK for 4 years. I’ve managed to work in inches without any problems. In fact, I find it much easier for crafting.
