You see it all the time, your team has a great crossfire and a fantastic position, then a BB either runs away or runs in, usually for absolutely no reason. Twitter: twitter.com/flamuchz Discord: discord.gg/Flamu Stream: www.twitch.tv/flamuu Insta: instagram.com/flamugram/
The Montie might not be tanky in the terms of overall armor scheme but thanks to the USN DC, the DC upgrade, USN heals, and the Montie's legendary module it has great staying power and recovering.
Monty's leg mod is actually absolutely useless. But technically you're right, it makes it tankier, but not by a lot at all compared to what it gives up.
@@khuadedadkasi6425 that's what Montana is for, she is so versatile as a battleship. But she isn't extremely strong (thus, forgiving) in any respect, making it IMO the best BB line to learn from for new players.
And while it may not have the most devastating broadside _(thanks Vermont...)_ it still absolutely SLAPS the piss out of cruisers and it never becomes unfunny.
Montana is 2022 is still a solid pick for just being a jack-of-all-trades and having these heavy-hitting american shells.Shame the AA got butchered so much but everything got butchered
I'm pretty sure I'm guilty of exactly what Flamu is describing... mainly because I've wired myself to think, "if I'm not taking fire, I'm letting someone else take the damage, and I need to tank my share so they don't die." Which occasionally serves me really well, but I'd be lying if I said that (and no small share of impatience) hasn't caused me to throw away my ship on doomed pushes numerous times.
I really missed a good lesson on TH-cam from Flamu, extremely good content. Hope you both will enjoy Venice, I hoped you could go down to Florence (my hometown)
I've been playing BB's more often since i came back to the game, but i still play like a CA/CL main. I'm sure i've had more than my fair share of great spots, that i sat in and then moved without reason, resulting in a failed flank hold or me dying from even more focused fire after moving from a good spot.
That's so cool. Now I learned something new to become a better player! I'll try that out right away. *Get's fucked over by the cv* *Get's robbed by dispersion rng* *Team throws so hard it can barely be carried anyway*
Dude, this game relies on dds do their job. In the real world, dd is either a hot head that jump into the middle to fight with every enemies and die in 30seconds or some crowd that stay behind bb to spam torps. Anyway, bb can not see any enemy ships at all.
Flamuu,in this game, the plyerbase was ok..ish,bcz,you had DDs in this game to spot for the team, thats why you dumpstered them...today..bbs spot, bbs push, bbs snipe and DDs just stay at the island and farm torps🤷♂️🤷♂️
WoWs players don''t know how to position their battleships(or any ships) in a way that is either advantageous to the team or advantageous for themselves. They just kind of find some spot that either gives them no vision and/or targets, or they put themselves into the position to die. The amount of games people could have won if someone just stayed in the middle just so they could shoot at both sides open broadsides, but nah the community loves shooting at nose in ships.

Yee......
Learned a lot from watching this video. Great training, thanks.
I need more positional videos like you used to do and like this one. They are so important to learning these classes.

@@loje248 it used to be better, then they changed it.
I use Montana for multipurpose tasks (semi AA,Brawler,Sniper). Do good as can deal with lots of situations where others are hopeless .

That accuracy with precise aiming is just so satisfying!

Ohio exists...
@@Telashar Also cruisers with 32mm or thicker plating exist
I like how that Zieten landed six shells and started three fires.

In my mind Montana is still a very solid ship in 2022, cuz the mainguns are still really nice. love it

Monty, a ship I dont play much, but when I do, its always a good time

Yeah this kind of insightful commentary is what is keeping me subscribed too, not the usual complaining at WG (even is totally justified lol)
Nevsky = NUKED-ski LOL
Montana see Montana smash
With good positioning this thing can still kick some serious ass
I predict this "sit" advice will lead to a lot of potatoes eating full sets of Toros.
well sadly in SEA as long as they recognize you're in good position they just call CV to F you up so usually you're forced to stay with the group
Or just simply dodge its slow shells. Not even Slava or Petropavlovsk can do much in Asia when people dodge every shells now and then
i think almost everybody in SEA is using propulsion mod. especially cruisers. They just duke shells buy going back and forth.
Oh nice, flambass' favorite ship.

Ggwp, non-dreadnought fireproof
Mans going to Venice. He cant escape boats bro lmao
I'm guilty of that, because as a BB i feel like i NEED to push closer to tank for the team, tho i try to stay around 15km of a cap in general.
Just because being BB doesn't mean you have to push all the time. Just find the opportunity when you can push and do more than you will lose
You can but don't be alone. Any BB seen going in the front lines is everybody's piñata.

Italian food in Italy is so much better. Ate the same thing 3 nights in a row it was soo good

3 BB per side only, no CV.
