The Dex Sleeves, Apparel and Suit are from the anniversary event. It will probably come back next autumn. Greaves are Lark Bishamo from Teshin. Manduka Hood, Umbra Diadem and Blindfold are plat. Veneth Earpieces are free I think. Zarina Ephemera from heat sister.
xx3 is enough to make >100% crit chance with the crit eternal arcane, iirc the crit multi is the same x4x is simple to use, has aoe, bounces a lot and just better overall imo, you should try it
The status chance from lohrin also gives you more void procs, not just the heat procs, and phahd is really good with void bubbles. Propa is really annoying to use without unairu since you need to avoid the blast radius(8m) else you get staggered and punched back into your frame. Propa also has 0% status chance.
