Also started First Descendant, modding seems a lot less confusing xD. So thanks for vid, the upcoming 1999 update got me back on the bandwagon. I have never gone beyond being a noob, and this video helps me a lot.
When I started playing warframe years ago I used your beginners guide. Got pretty far as a solo, farmed a neckros prime, all of this 6yrs ago with your guides and everything. Coming back to the game and here you are back and better than ever. Best warframe creator in the game for sure
The game should link to this video as soon as you unlock modding. I remember playing 7 years ago and being lost in the sauce when it came to mods, and I’ve heard that experience hasn’t changed much.
I'm really just realizing that all the big updates in D2 recently is just like, 5% of what you've already been able to do in warframe as far as cool builds go. More mod choice on a single primary than the entirety of a loadout lol.
I see a lot of these beginner build vids, could we get one that's how to mod after you unlock arcanes? Like, how does a primary merciless vs shotgun vendetta affect builds, if at all
As a returning player (4+ year hiatus) this video is frankly the single most useful video to me to help my transition from 2019 MR10 braindead relic farmer to, MR14 pushing into Steel Path. I am eternally grateful.
hey can anybody help me with a question about the video's Boar Prime build? why did he use Galvanized Savvy if he already was running Primary Deadhead on the weapon? Since Galvanized Savvy is additive, wouldn't the weapon be better off with just equipping anything else, like a Bane mod which would be multiplicative? Or were you aiming for more status chance? Sorry if he already explained this in the video
Could this same formula/ template be used on my Acceltra Prime? It’s my main weapon I use for my main Gauss Prime which I also use Akarius Prime for secondary. My main issue is always ammo running out even with using ammo drum, carrier prime with ammo case and dropping constant ammo refill pads from the gear menu. So if I can’t improve that area anymore than I have , I guess I just want to try and make his damage output as high as possible ?
@@tranthamcalhoun3rd432 I’m i’m serious. I finished the story mode and what I just kept on doing is auto apply to my weapon so I wasn’t even figuring out how to actually apply the mods to my weapons and my Warf. I was just auto applying it.
Modding isn't very hard it's very simple to understand the elements, but you need to know how to obtain the best mods, you probably can't make good weapons yet, because you most likely haven't completed the star chart or arbitrations
Maybe somewhat but I doubt it for the simple fact that if we really critically think about it there is not much they can do without applying major nerfs that will drastically change up how we mod. if they buff things like magnetic cold etc cool but without nerfs things will most likely stay the same
If you look up some mele builds you'll see that most of them are the same. Most mele weapons don't do good damage until you get your mele combo counter up
early to mid game melee feels strong, late game melee feels week (with a few exceptions) because there are so many string primaries and secondaries we could be using instead. late game melee combo builds also need good priming to perform well.
I'm a bit late but can you do damage attenuation? I play supra vandal and murder tile sets with a clear line of fire but one disruption target gets me helpless. primed/radiation don't help even condition overload melee in a full squad is like raindrops untill someone carries. I never find how. Maybe I try co radiation melee instead of a corpus killer.
You can add serration in the flex slot if you use amalgam serration for the additional sprint speed but in terms of extra damage dealing or potential no. This is because primary merciless and primary dead head's damage bonus are the same kind of damage bonus as serration, adding too much of one stat causes diminishing returns meaning that it would be better for you to invest in something else such as increased critical damage / critical chance / elements / or other damage multipliers.
thank you for the very detailed in-depth guide 👍 great for beginners👍 and returning players👍 that don't know the new updated stuff much appreciated keep up the great work , content and updates 👍
Another "how to fish" not "here's a fish" video ... outstanding ... thanks for explaining all this!
bruh I want the fish I feel like whatever mod I still get shit damage lol. Also everyone keeps selling rifle riven mod do I want that xD?
@@lelouche25depends on the riven and that stats on it but yes a riven mod can make a gun so much more worth it so try to get more on your account
Thank you for coming back to Warframe

Always early for IFlynn!
Absolutely awesome vid dude!
Very good vid, but I have one question. Why did you put Amalgam Serration in the flex slot when you had merciless on already?
Initial extra damage and sprint speed are nice to have sometimes. Otherwise put a bane mod there if it isn't a concern for you.
Just for the sprint speed in that circumstance most likely
@@DalanorTheLlama Ohhh okay. I didn't know that it was okay to run both in certain cases. Thanks for the insight!

Love ya good vid, I started 4-5 days ago and already finished the story mode, and I don’t know how to mod 😂
Cap, unless you have some great mods early on. The later story enemies are hard to kill. You need to kill enemies for quite a bit of the story

I bought a burston revin for 2000p
It has
+161.8% crit damage
+207.3% damage
+108.3% toxin
-110.6 % puncture

it's good. But ideally, you want crit damage.
You can compare prices on market, or easier with alecaframe app

So do I have to change mods depending on the enemy ?
yes to MULTIPLY your damage along the rest of your mods
