Ya they don't try to convince anyone of anything. They don't have preferences, thoughts or beliefs. Just tells you the details ot the story & in his opinion whether they happened or not & whether you should believe it or not. Thank God they are totally neutral though.

I have severe ADHD and this channel is the only show that has ever caught and kept my undivided interest since you guys had 100k followers, im sure im not only speaking for myself when i say this is the best channel on youtube. These old videos that you consider "bad" or "underdeveloped" were the gems i used to re watch over and over patiently waiting for a new episode to release. Thank you for putting in so much hard work in these videos, we are all exited for your epic comeback next week!

I grew up with two older brothers, "Dutch ovens" and constant torment they called playing only to marry and grow old with another light hearted, young at heart prankster with a penchant for a well timed "Dutch oven" on occasion. Luckily, they're rare, still aggravating as ever and wouldn't change a thing if I could!! 💕

I personally like the compilations, I always listen to your videos like a documentary or something in the background to listen to so I don’t get bored of what I’m doing. And your videos are great for that normally but piling all of the similar types of videos into a very long single video helps to keep it on without having to do much to keep the algorithm from giving you something you don’t want to listen to🎉 keep these coming whenever 🤙🏻

Yup. Exactly. When I stumbled on this channel, I went to vids and watched ALL of them from the oldest to the newest. Now i'm hooked for life. It's like "the crack files" without the crack. I'm totally addicted. Funny part is, i did a LOT of research on most of these topics all my life until I just gave up on all of that. I'm very impressed with their research (comparing it to mine). VERY impressed.

I have a deep appreciation for every video you have ever made for the why files. I've seen them all. When I learned of the why files I binged on the show. After catching up I told my father he loves this type of stuff. He naturally was sceptical about the show until I informed him you do try to debunk what's being shown. So he watched and now he's hooked. When we visit one another we always talk about what we seen that week on the why files. Just another way to dig a deeper bond with my father.

My Grams told me once in Kentucky back in the 1950s, it rained tiny frogs while she was driving. She said she felt so bad that she couldn't keep from running over them because they were just everywhere 🐸

In the fall in Canada, ,the frogs migrate from the water to the mud or something along those lines, but many many cross the roads and are killed by vehicles, especially on a rainy night, that's apparently when walleye fishing is great cuz of the frog migration , but ya gotta time it.

Had to use the stall at festival the other day. In the few short mins I was in there and watching TH-cam 3 different dudes came in at separate times and right away, "is that hecklefish I hear in there?!?!" Then, "watching why files huh? Gotta love hecklefish!" Third guy, "I'd recognize that voice anywhere, ur watching why files aren't ya?!?!" Too funny that everyone knows this channel and recognize hecklefish instantly! These "old" episodes are priceless. They're why you've built up the rep you have, and through your introspection why the content and presentation have continued to inform and entertain. Thanks. Btw, the probably most recognized use of the Theremin was on Whole lotta love by Zep. No biggie.

I lived in a little farm house in Norwood, NY while finishing my Master degree in 2005. One night we found frogs on everything. They were stuck all over our house, and dead all over the road where people were driving, they also covered the grass everywhere. Next day it was all gone, birds had cleaned up all the dead stuff on the road and I found almost no evidence of the frogs. This was about a year before I got my first cell phone, and we had no camera available. At that time, it was the strangest thing I've ever seen.

As a un neurotypical person I really like the longer format it forces me to watch one thing and not constantly lok for the next 5 minute video as I love the channel and topics it really helps me.

What I Hate Most about YT is that I can Only Like Your Vids Once!!! And since I watch them multiple times over again, I think I should be able to like the Vid Each And EVERY Time That I Do Watch Them!!! You Def DESERVE The Recognition, along with ALL of your team!!! You do such wonder work on these subjects and your research is AMAZING!!! Your channel is one of only a handful of channels on here that do NOT push preconceived notions or your own personal opinions!!! You show the FACTS On Everything You Research!!! That's VERY Rare in our world and especially on YT!!! I Thank you for that and For ALL Of Your all's Hard Work to put these together and bring them to us in such a wonderful way!!!
