I mixed it in raw… HOWEVER… after I made this, the lady that sent me the recipe wrote me again and said she forgot to tell me that she cooked the sausage first 😂😂… so apparently it doesn’t matter… I discovered too that I preferred these rolled relatively small for more bite size that you can just pop in your mouth ♥️

The foil seasoning packet is supposed to be mixed with a couple tablespoons of melted butter to brush on the biscuit tops when they come out of the oven. That would probably be pretty tasty to do to the sausage balls when they come out too. I noticed your box mix was the "Rosemary Garlic Parmesan" flavor, versus their more common "Cheddar Bay" flavor mix. That would have helped pack some extra flavor in. Now I'm going to have to experiment.
