every video I have seen talks about the toe joints.. it’s so frustrating.. how about horrible pain in the knob of the big toe at the bottom where you stand on at the very end or beginning of the foot.. it’s killing me.. please help?

Sounds like ingrowing toe nail. Seemingly soak in warm water and Epsom salts. ?
