wow, I absolutely love these visual hints, they are so well readable
Just be aware that this song actually in C major and not A minor. It's the same notes, same position, but the root is not A. It's C.
@@davecastro1340A minor is the relative minor. meaning it’s both C major and A minor
One of my favourite guitar solos ever! Thanks for posting. I hope to learn it. You don’t have to make it “cry and scream” for it to be great.
This sounds absolutely beautiful
Thanks at 72 it is hard to learn guitar things. Love the fretboard diagrams.!!! Excellent❤
I love that version of the solo. Really simple but great phrasing.
I'm really appreciative that I found your channel and that you're now popping up on my feed. What you are doing makes sense in ways that didn't previously to me. Thank you.
Love me some. George Harrison. He was so melodic when he played hats off to George
His open tuning slide work on his solo albums is next to none

@@JoseCabrera-oe4gm - The Beatles "Let It Be"
I really like the format as previously mentioned. Much easier to keep up with and learn. Thank you and you've got another new subscriber my friend.
Wow. This is a game changer. These are amazing. Well done.
This is a great format! Really helps bring everything together! Well done! Subscribed🤘
very nice format!
Really very nice!
I wish I had this 30 years ago...great stuff
How can I apply this same concept for Hard Rock and Metal music?
Play it faster. 😂
Isn’t that let it be by the Beatles ❤❤
Yup
I think it says it in the benigning
😂😂😂😂😂
@@aeea3306 ah shit
No love me do
This is absolutely amazing ❤
Well played and all the Post Processing is done pretty Well!!! 👌🤘🤘
Thank you Bjorn! Glad you liked it 🙂
I love the song Let It Be and never expected to play it on guitar here! Thank you so much.
Excellent video! Love covering "the weight"
What I've noticed with scales is that the second set of notes on one position (If that makes sense), Is the same as the first set of notes on the next position, which Is helpful cause It makes the scale less big in a way.
I like how your showing the fretting and picking hands, good stuff.
This channel is amazing!
Thank you! Glad you liked it 🙂
@@nikolagugoski thanks!!! this channel only gets better and better!!!
This is the best visual for learning guitar I have ever seen. It is so intuitive.
I taught myself this solo quite a few years ago. It’s as good as I can get.
Love it brother! 👍🙂♥️
Plz upload more lessons like this❤
This is my favorit guitar solo of the all time.
Great! Thank you!!
Thank you so very much !
Thank you for watching
Let it be, at first I thought it was a Lynynrd Skynyrd song. Thanks for the tabs.
Thank you. Post are helping a bunch load
the root should be on C, its in c major pantatonic not A minor penatotic although the notes are the same, but tonic is different.
Yup I was confused for a sec but you are right
You can play an A minor pentatonic lick over a c major progression, it's still an A minor lick, even if you play it over C chord progression. What scale you are playing isn't dictate by the chord progression, it's dictate by the center tone of the melodies that compose your solos, the note themselves, the one you resolve on, and the one you play around. In this solo I can hear Cmajor pentatonic but sometimes i can hear the A minor pentatonic too. Music doesnt have to be this categoric, and calling c major pentatonic A minor pentatonic isn't a big deal and every guitarist understand what scale you are referring too anyway. A minor pentatonic is the most basic scale you can learn on the guitar.
@@mesajam4894 you are right. But in this solo if you look and listen carefuly. You can see all the phrases open and resolve on C its not just about chord prograssion you are right but this solo definitely on C major pantatonic.
@@mesajam4894not every guitarist are expert enough to determine the scale and progression and all the stuff. Learning phase exist actually. 😁
@@AmooTVOf course, but we as guitarists are often overthinking scales and progression. I just heard Bireli Lagrene talking about his playing.. He doesn't know anything about theory, scales, harmony.. Still one of the greatest french jazz guitarist. That has to be telling something
Nice work on that, rhythm voicing. That took a second to get used to. That took a minute to get used to.
One of the most satisfying solos ever
Sweet playing. Btw, the way you start and end, the piece resolves to the C note and not A. The title plate in red is therefore misleading.
Yes, it should be C major. That's my bad
@@nikolagugoski Thanks.
The best ones are always the simplest! ❤
I really love this. 🎉
I just found the perfect visuals.
these videos are really good keep it uñ

Geiles Solo 😍😍😍😎✌️
Very nice
I really love this just wish it could be slowed down so I can figure it out a little better.
That's a teacher
let it beeeee
What is the meaning of letter R?
It shows the root of the scale used to play this solo
Thanks
Thank you so much for the support man! This means a lot 🙏
Yes
C Major, actually
You missed the bum note that George hits near the end! Lol. Awesome lesson
Harrison's lead on this is the BEST version of "Let It Be". There's at least 3 versions out there.
There are like 7 different versions of this solo 😁
@@nikolagugoski Well, by FAR the best one is on the .45 version. A lot of times you'll hear the LP cut or the remix cut but the BEST was the one released on the .45 in 1970. Thanks for posting this..I'll subscribe.
Great:)
George was much further of this beatles thing, but beeing honest. They belong together in our hearts. The best tavystock ever did.
Let it beep!
Excellent
Thank you!
Let it be
That song are like Let It Be
Gracias
Scale like runs
let it be let it be let it be let it be ~~
let it be
Sounds like let it be by the beatles
Funnily enough this is the actually the first solo I learned. I still know nothing
lol so real same
If all you grasp here, is the 1st pentatonic box and the little extension box on the 8th and 10th frets (B & high E strings) and 9th fret D string, you'll know enough to play simple solos that can sound good.
Top 😮
❤❤❤❤
The red is for?
Notes that are part of the pentatonic scale but not played in the solo.
Have a g5n what's the best setting for playing pentatonic
Whatever best suits the song.
❤

Let it be👍👍👍😎

Isn't this Cmajor? I understand that it's the same notes, but isn't it technically C? Honest question.
Yes. It's more accurate to be C major. That's my bad. Most people are familiar with first position as minor pentatonic and that's why I did it this way
How can I save this video to practice?
At first I thought it was Yellow Ledbetter. Been a minute since I heard either solo, now I need to hear both and see how bad my memory is. 😂
"When I find yourself in times of trouble..."
Myself* ✌️
What does the red and green mean?
Together, they are the notes of the pentatonic scale. The green ones are the notes he's playing, and the red ones are the ones he's not playing (but are still a part of the scale).
Oh thanks! so hes just playing part of the scale? but it still sounds good haha
@rpklz Well, it's how you play the notes of the scale (and the notes you don't play) that make the difference.
You don't have to play them all, and you rarely want to play them in order.
hard part here is the bend, it takes time to do it right
