I got pulled over for doing 50 in a 35 several years ago. I was really angry and frustrated. AT MYSELF. Because I got caught. Lol It was an area where the posted speed clearly didn't need to be that low (wide open spaces, no schools or homes, higher speeds on all surrounding roads), so speeding was common and the cops stayed continually camped out around a slight bend to just pick off speeders. I knew this perfectly well, but that day I was thinking about other stuff and not about where I was, so I was just zooming along on autopilot. My own fault I got caught. I wasn't mad at the cop for doing his job. I just apologized, took my citation, and paid the ticket. I think sometimes people forget it's OK to be mad at yourself.
