Unless you‘re better than Justin you should sure as hell just listen. And if you‘re not, like the most of us, those pro player rankings won‘t be that relevant for your playing experience either way.

Hey justin, dunno if you'll see this but I watched kakeru playing Ed a bit before you and I saw him charging up the whip move after knock down flicker for some potent shimmy and mix up potential, maybe you should try implementing this into your playstyle because it is very, VERY cheap.

I finished his combo trials today on leverless lol. Just started learning how to use my Victrix pro fs12
The controller? I have that and its awesome. I don't use the 6 button face and I swapped the left joystick with the d pad because I prefer d pad for stuff like dashing. I have a Scuff controller as well but the Vitrix Pro is much better in my opinion

I don't think he's ENTIRELY broken, tbh. I think his main strength is that he has an answer to every situation you can throw at him, and that makes him very dangerous.
He is so annoying. He basically gets to do what he wants when he wants. The devs like selling DLC. Get ready for OP Akuma this summer.

I think Ed’s really cool I’m just struggling to deal with his meter management I feel like I’m always close to burning out. Coming from playing Guile where I’m usually safe on meter cause I don’t have to close the distance so often. But I like Ed’s swag man, definitely looking on YT to steal some tech lol.

i find myself not being able to keep the space so I can't fight back as the game teaches you weak close range.
i also cant seem to cancel into my moves so im never safe. i just don't feel strong at close range yet everything about edd puts you close after throwing it out.
needing to forget street fighter rules heavy is strong. but hevery is now a high attack
edds lights are just so short he once again feels like another combo goblins when he's meant to be a poking god
They should make block counters safe

My only gripe I would say about Ed is that his hits sound like he’s punching paper. I wish it sounded more like when you hit a punish counter. Like that would scare the shit out me if his hits sounded harder
So far my boy Ed is pretty fun to play. But i feel they can tweak his 4f a bit cause the hitbox kinda sucks lol.

Out of the most recent fighting games, Capcom really knows how to make games that are fun to just watch. I'm just concerned about this Ed and Capcom marketing strategies. Do they release OP characters to boost sales, regardless of game balance? If so, it's a very dangerous direction. Kinda pay2win. Not entirely, but sort of.

My only main was Jamie..with my secondary being Guile...so nothing else matters.. because SF3..Still the best.
yeah ee seems bad, his lights are stubby but some of his flicker jabs combos bring you closer the exact position you were avoiding. you're shoved next to them with limited options. it's obvious he's not a poke character but a combo throw random flicker combos connect and pull them in, his flicker combos taught being medium medium heavy, low hevey hevey. guess what that means two lows. turtle a ed and he's absolutely worthless. it's like jumping with lil mac. he's not very casual especially if you plqy any other character.
his lights are random sometimes you get 4 and can cacnle some are 3 and 2 and you can't seem to cancel unless you need to buffer it

What did they do to my boy Luke? I just started getting good with him. 😭 For context, I just got back on SF6 after a month or so, and I chose Luke because he is one of the easier characters to learn and master. I hope it ain't nothing too bad.

I know high level players are saying he is good and punk just took him too 2000mr with ease but to me He doesnt seem very good. It just feels like against other zoners he gets bodied because his buttons are to slow and clunky. It also feels like all his buttons are easily punished by DI. Im bad at the game so maybe its just me, he is still super funny to play though.
