  • I hope this video helped you understand why our taxes here in Arizona are so low. Again, I am not a CPA or tax professional. If you are planning a move out here to Arizona or would like my Living in Arizona Guide, give me a call or email. 602-399-9329 | RealtorCaden@Gmail.com

You should have a thousand more views. This is a big debate for homeownership.

How is property tax different for investment property or vacation homes?

Not too much different. LPV still cannot rise by more than 5% year over year. Still taxes on assessed value.

I just bought a new build in waddell for 445k, theyre estimating my taxes to be $4,685 yearly which i think is insanely over estimated for our state

That does seem a bit high. Do you know if you are paying some kind of CFD tax?

? Does Arizona have property tax exemption for 100% permanent and total disabled veterans ? Thanks

I am not a CPA, so don't take my words as law, but from the research I did, they allow a tax exemption of up to $4,476 a year for a person that is 100% disabled. Again consult with a CPA to make sure, but that is what I found.
