One negative about Victory at Verrado is that on the weekends Verrado attracts so many non-residents and it can get pretty packed with people and traffic.

Like Caden says, it’s a gorgeous looking property. However it is a split community with 2 different areas, the Mita & Kiva. There is a bad undertone if you live on one side or the other. Think of the Hatfields & McCoys, republican/democrat, a bad vibe between the 2. There are 600 pickleball members on only 4 non lit courts. It also is a bad scene. The golf is fabulous, however V’s Taproom is not the cleanest restaurant. solaz is a really nice place to eat on site. The older side, Kiva has an old style pool & jacuzzi, a lot of the residents head over to Mita since it is newer. The one real negative is that there is not a road that connects the 2 sides. You literally have to drive your car from Kiva to Mita, no golf cart access, even though there is plenty of space to put a bypass in. It to leaves a bad taste. There are just as many people moving out as there are moving in. The older side has nice mature landscape, but over time Mita will get there…The GM is as old as the residents with no pep in his step & treats the Mita side (newer side) like a red headed stepchild. I’d suggest rent there for 3x days to get the full feel…

I will will tell you one thing Rent here 1st. Don't know if I got the worst block but wow the complaints. Unless your quieter than a mouse and drive a Kia you wont fit in. They told me oh your classic car is fine then the complaints came in, It's to loud- it shakes my house as you drive by on and on and on. I had to put my classic car in storage in Glendale just so I could occasionally drive it and not get 30 complaints per day. I finally just move out bunch of Nabi pambies living here...

1:00 If this is a strictly 55+ community, why does the Kuentz center show children swim hours?

Nice place. But a bit far out. Reasonable prices relative to other communities. Are there other fees besides the hoa for clubs, other community fees, etc.?

What about the constant noise from Air Force jets throughout the day and into the night?

If this is a 55+ Community, why would there be "family homes"? That doesn't make any sense to me.

You mentioned that rooms are "rented out", which, to me, indicates that one has to pay to be a member of each club. With over 100 clubs, that would rather escalate the cost of living there somewhat And what about the pickleball courts? Is there a cost to use them? Again, another potential cost. And the plane noise that someone mentioned, how bad is it?

I lasted 10 minutes in Pebble Creek before saying, “Nope”. Hard no for me due to the jet noise. It’s literally located at the end of the Luke AFB runway. Hats off to you for mentioning it 👍. That said, even Victory at Verrado was too noisy for me. Played a round of golf there and had jet noise at least every 15 minutes for the entire round ☹️.

Spot on! I went shopping for a new home and couldn't believe what I was seeing. Lennar, cabinets falling apart, walls bowed out and just cheap cheap fast crappy building. Went to Dr Horton and even the model was total crap work. Grout missing, broken base boards, poor built kitchens etc..

All these builders are nationwide yet still allowed to keep building?

Lennar is by far the worst and they are so overpriced for what you get. My home had so many issues, its been a nightmare.

Dude, how old are you? You don't have enough experience in life to feel like you should give out your opinion. You need a coaching class on how to do social media. Currant Sun City West Management .........How about cleaning the CLOUDINESS in the RH Johnson pool up that I have been complaining about for 3 years ! . I show management the WATER QUALITY readings 2 - 3 times a week ( 50% - 70% at best is the problem ) and all I get is INTIMATION TACTICS and now I have been informed that THIS MANAGEMENT holds grudges and will retaliate. We the residence of Sun City West deserve better, comments from SUN CITY WEST Reviews of a few years ago say in the last 20 this place has gone down hill, Sup with this ?

Our adult children live in Prescott Valley and they love it there. I am impressed by this community. My husband and I live in Olympia, Washington. I’m retired but we are waiting for his retirement to look for our Sunny new home. It looks so nice here.
