40” tires but no mention of regear or axles upgrades. 40” tires with no axle upgrades will break axle stuff with hard off-roading. And no regear means it will drive poorly with lack of power. Those things are needed for a truly hardcore Jeep rig with 40’s.
We re-geared with Spicer 5.13's and you're 100% correct that I didn't mention this in the video. In regards to hard offroading, I'd beg to differ and my philosophy has always been, you already paid for the Dana44's (which don't F around anyway), wait to put new axels on if you break them. Would be dope to see this take on Chocolate Thunder... But it's not really that kind of rig. Lol.
@@Forged4x4 honestly it would help out going on the trails and go get wood and to be able to get things down our road at the moment I’m using my second gen Dodge Ram 24v and she dose beautiful work but this thing would just get the job done with the whole family and be comfortable while doing it keep on keepin on great work
@@Forged4x4 it would something else that’s for sure my kids always ask to come with me but the dodge dose not have the room cause I usually take my Great Dane with me for protection so having that would allows the whole fam to come out on the trails with me and see the back side and trails the mountain has to offer thanks for the reply’s

Depends on the state you live in and theoretically, you may need to put mud flaps on it if you really want to. Based on the size of the tires vs the fenders, it also looks a lot wider than it really is.
