That is a real gem of a find! I bought a 455 back in 2019 with 1100hrs with the 40 loader on. Eventually sold that loader for $3200. Worked for light loads but without 4WD and lack of lifting power with forks on, it was a bit too tipsy also without tons of weight on back. Its nice that loader can work on 445 or 455. Mine had updated lift cylinders from Prev Owner. I paid $7600 for my combo with mulch deck and loader. Right in ball park yet then.
I'd say you did okay on that buy. You don't see 4x5 tractors with that low of hours really at all anymore. A 2001 445 is the backbone of our outdoor operation and my Dad's. Very good machines.
So.. off topic. You have done a lot with 318s it would be great to hear from you on the surging engine and ALL the possible reasons and how to navigate through the long check list of possible issues.
Yes! But if its any thing close to the 45 on the X748, the bucket is almost a perfect match for capability. Now the larger material bucket on my 44 loader that is on the 420.... now that's a big bucket.
Hello, sorry for having a question on a onan p216 performer I broke the throttle stop adjustment screw and I was looking for a carburetor for my engine 146-0478 , which carburetor can I replace mine with , Thank You Sir
Hoping you read this I have a question about my 430 and snowblower. I think it’s a simple question but I’ve asked it on the Facebook group and haven’t been able to get any help. If you do read this, let me know how you would like me to ask the question whether in the comment section here or if there’s a way to send you a private message. Thank you.
@mmrbeef cool 😎. I bought my 758 new in 2019. I have 117 hours on it. But my property is small. Rural but not much bigger than the house you had in town way back when I first started watching you.
4x5 series tractors are the best garden tractors ever made. Disappointed to hear you don’t care for gas engines. Have a 425 we’re looking to sell cause we upgraded to a 1025R 🤣

That thing is clean
The size of the bucket on this things always amazed me, it looks like waaay too much for the tractor to handle lol

Very nice find. Would be interested in the loader when the time comes to sell it
Not 100% sure what I will do with the loader yet. I’ll probably post it for sale on YT first if/when I do sell it.

I would kill for that loader, my 445 is a bit older.
I'll be very interested to try out the 45 and 40 side by side for a few tasks.
Why did they put the bars on that stick up
I saw one identical to this one on Wastebook. Almost bought it. They wanted over $8K. Kinda glad I didn’t.

Selling the 70?
70 sold a couple weeks ago. I just have the Super 55 and Super 88 diesel. Both are what I would describe as running long term projects.
@ we have near 50 Oliver’s….lol
I didn't hear you mention the 758...........
It’s hanging around in my wife’s she shed for the winter. We didn’t get much rain this year so
I think we put less than 40 hrs on it.

Jealous!
Buy a Massey Ferguson ..
Had a Massey Ferguson combine a couple years ago. Never found a Massey that I have wanted to buy. I'm sure there will be one at some point.
