- In our most wild adventure yet, join us as we embark on a daring adventure up the awe-inspiring Mount Agung in Bali. Little did we know that this would become the most challenging trip of our lives.
From the moment we set foot on the trail, we faced unforeseen obstacles and grueling conditions. Sleep-deprived and unprepared, we embarked on a 38-hour journey that pushed us to our physical and mental limits.
With an elevation gain of 2000 meters over a 7km stretch, every step was a test of endurance. The treacherous terrain, combined with the unforgiving weather conditions, presented a constant battle against fatigue and doubt.

What a unexpected and an amazing surprise! To see the two of you conquer Mount Agung was pretty epic. It's a very difficult climb and an even more treacherous descent, but you guys crushed it. So happy for the two of you. The views were amazing and I'm sure the in-person experience must've been epic. You guys keep out doing yourself. Keep rocking globetrotters 🤙🤙🤙

You absolute legends!. That’s a decent climb, not sure I could’ve done it so bloody well done. The whole time I was watching, I so wanted to sit you both down and swap your runners for hiking boots. Probably would’ve saved you from a few falls…lol.

Gosh we were in desperate need of hiking boots on this one!!!! We had absolutely no idea what we were in for which meant very unprepared! But who’s surprised when you’re dealing with us!😂😂😂

Nothing wrong with a few tears after such an epic climb. The emotions and exhaustion you woud have been feeling is probably what most of us woud experience, and it just makes you human. Terrific effort - you should be proud! Still following for more amazing adventures.

Awwww! That means the world!! Thank you so much TJ! We needed your encouragement at about 2600m elevation! 😂 We really wanted to push ourselves and go on an adventure we’d never done before. Then a week and a half relaxing (and recovering) on a holiday from our holiday sounded pretty nice too. 😍

LOL. 🤣 This was so much fun. Yes Jacob we could see the shadow of the mountain. OK Quick tip. #1 You realise the curtains are see through if you have light in your room. So if you are both feeling frisky. make it dark !!!😵🧐🤔👍🤣😉 #2 always walk with the lightest person behind the heaviest person when walking down hill (which will typically be male followed by female). This way when a girl slips or falls they don't fall to far as the bulk of the male is far harder to shift than the other way around. Jacob could have easily knocked you off your feet and on a dangerous slope that is not what you want. So send males down first and females walk behind. Just saying. I loved your description of the climb and trek home Lil 👍. Try to find some Pumice stone (as there is a volcano nearby you should be able to obtain some) this will clean your skin up nicely as it will take several layers (probably the top 5) of your skin off! It's probably a good thing you didn't know what the terrain was like going up in the dark! LIL, You might never have kept going !!! 👍Well done on your strength and courage to complete the walk! Congrats! You're a trouper! Ok I've said enough get well soon and God bless!

You’re totally right! It is incredibly lucky that we were even able to get this experience as there are some real problems with tourists disrespecting such a sacred place like Mount Agung. You only have to google to realise some of the disrespect, regardless, we are so grateful to have been able to do such an amazing thing. 🥰🥰🥰

Problem with you Lil is you under estimate yourself and don’t give yourself a chance. A lot of energy is burnt in doing that. Everything you’ve done so far, you’ve completed except that one damn big climb which you were on the incorrect climb anyways so didn’t count!!!

I regularly do hill climbing but not 3000 metres. That's insane!!!! About half that for me is enough. Love the way my thighs feel after the downward run. It is an addictive feeling too. So they need a better way to get up there as the view is stupendous. Even the guy doing a ceremony was cool. Well done guys, truly appreciated it ! Thank you so much for doing that!
