For example, my church in Germany was a small warehouse about the size of a horse stable but it was by far the best church I've ever been to.

For example, my church in Germany was a small warehouse about the size of a horse stable but it was by far the best church I've ever been to.

And by the way I also prefer churches that aren't really big, mostly because I grew up and live in a village of just 4000 people (most of them live in the countryside thought) so I'm used to being in churches where you know almost everyone and that have those antique paintings all over the walls (my village is really old, it was built around 1010).

And even this faith in Greek has an idea of needing to be accompanied by proof. We believe/have faith in resurrection bc Jesus himself rose. There's no more certain historical fact than that Jesus was crucified and fictional characters can't be killed in reality except in c comic book reality. But yeah... She had him sit through a 30 min tarot reading with few people and he had her sit for few hours in a hall with so many people. Even the nicest god believing people check their phones during a long sermon at sunday church. They both signed up for the experience to exchange their thoughts and beliefs, and learn about the other person, so it's ok for them to express it. She was not particularly rude, and he was not overly nice either, both were funny and cute. And fyi this is exactly how christian people behave when interacting with other religions, buddhism, hinduism, judaism, islam, shintoism etc. laughing and giggling when offered a chance to meditate, chant or when hearing discussions about world energy and spirits, common in non monotheistic religions. We can't be so offended by these perceived behaviors or we would never be able to communicate and get anywhere.

As a Christian I was nervous to see what kind of person they picked to represent us and I was pleasantly surprised, the guy seemed very wholesome, he didn't make fun of her religion or tell her God would be disappointed or anything like that and he was very accepting of her. He showed love where he could and overall was rly good ab not forcing Christianity down her throat, I am glad she got the experience even if nothing came of it she knows that true Christians are not here to condemn but to stand by you and help you when needed we don't want to make you uncomfortable we just want you to know there is someone out there who has unconditional love for you no matter what you've done.

Brian Mason the topic of Religion is definitely hard considering there’s so many of them and a lot have a really bad history. However I just want to reassure you that in spite of your way of thinking God still loves you. He always has and always will. God know that in the time we live in with so much knowledge ofc we are going to question and doubt. However he is greater than any of it. Even if you can’t see, feel, or think he’s with you; He’s there, he’s everywhere. Just give Jesus a chance! Life is already a battle it’s a lot better to fight the good fight. @@goodjob5191 what's confusing about it? I'm noting the diversity in christianity. There are many different types of christians who have different types of bibles. Some follow the king james version, some follow the new english version etc. Christians are all followers of christ, but they do not all follow christ the same way or have a general consensus on what jesus did or how he acted or the teachings he told.
